Do you use Bayer Testosterone Enanthate ?
I use Bayer TE in the past 15 years ag i found Bayer Made in Germany box of 20 amps, and from arounf 10 years ago the FR version, it's very potent partiularly for TRT, the oil used are sticky and we feel very well the long acting action, if we compare with another lab who use for exemple derivate MCT , peach oil etc....
When i give a blood work 7 days after the last injec, with thick oil like Bayer at same dose same protocol my level are more elevated than MCT or other look like.

Yeah Bayer uses castor oil for their injectables. This oil is so amazing for TRT purposes. Prolongs half-life and feels so much steadier.
panpharma also uses castor oil , does it work the same as bayer ?

This can only be the result of "replica" pharma. Organized criminal groups have become highly sophisticated at counterfeiting pharma, and the market of steroid users who demand pharma, despite its small size, is a durable and reliable one that commands high profits. In some countries with poorly regulated regimes in place to manage medical supplies, they even get their wares into pharmacies. These groups can even trick unsuspecting middlemen, so you can't even really blame the "source."

True indeed, problem I didn't find any source of test U in castor oil except for BP. So I will take a slightly underdose anyday until someone start pumping out correctly dosed test U in castor oil like they are doing

You are considered too much of an authority to misspeak so gravely on a topic. It has been consistent and common practice for european pharma companies to aim well below label claim in order to minimize any chance of being above, as that is considered to have the potential for more significant unwanted side effects than the former. Search and you'll find a stack of results across the different testing laboratories and years confirming this; here's three of mine picked up from a german pharmacy (you may ask for any evidence you can think of regarding their authenticity):

I received a wrong product though, ordered Test E amps, received a vial. Seller apologized and offered the price difference discount on my next order.
Btw: Wasn't there an alternative website to verify the balkan products that also show how many times was that exact UPIC checked? Maybe it was a different brand though, can't remember.

Thanks for such information. It makes sense and maybe for the better. It just sucks a bit when you know you're taking 200mg/week, but getting closer to 180's. Now of course such a problem is only minor. But it's good to know regardless.
