The weekend really hurt my progress, adding about 6 pounds to me
so back to the grind today. Back to my usual daily diet, with exception of adding a couple oranges through the day. I need some extra fiber, the other nutrients won't hurt, and I just love oranges. The way the Tren has me sweating, I'm sure I will burn off those extra carbs with ease. Didn't take time to prepare any eggs, but will be adding them in to morning diet this week.
