Benny's strive to greatness

The weekend really hurt my progress, adding about 6 pounds to me :( so back to the grind today. Back to my usual daily diet, with exception of adding a couple oranges through the day. I need some extra fiber, the other nutrients won't hurt, and I just love oranges. The way the Tren has me sweating, I'm sure I will burn off those extra carbs with ease. Didn't take time to prepare any eggs, but will be adding them in to morning diet this week.

Weight this morning was 210, so I expect I'll drop some more sodium and water weight today and get back down to 207 approx by morning. Started last nights work out off with 30 mins of cardio. Tren has my heart rate up about 6 bpm higher now, and sweating profusely. My weights really suck right now, largely because of tendonitis kicking my ass for a while now. I did manage to go from my normal bench of 225x8 to 225x10 and 245x8. Rather large gain in just over a week. Have I mentioned I love Tren. Cable flies I had to fight through as tendonitis in elbow was making those difficult with any weight. Same with tricep work. Was limited to pull downs, and by the end even they were killing me. The NPP seems to be helping the tendonitis, but it hasn't gotten rid of all the pain. I may try a higher dose to see what happens. Anyone succeeded in using NPP for tendonitis?

Why cardio before weights? To get in over with. lol

I thinking strengthen your forearms with help with tendonitis. It did for me. My elbow killed me when first started back lifting. Started working my forearms, not just at the gym but at home too (and not just beating off all the time either lol), and haven't had a problem since.

I forget to mention, congrats, that was a big jump especially after a weekend of partying.

Nice work!!

Thanks, I may try it out if it doesn't start improving soon. It was getting better, and then I started pushing harder. We will see what NPP does when I up dose.

It's going. I slipped away from my diet since Friday. Hit the gym Friday for 30mins of elliptical and a light chest and arms routine. Tendonitis in elbow flared up pretty good, so weights stayed low with focus being on time under tension. I guess it's the tren, but my weight is maintaining and even some days up a little, but I'm clearly seeing more veins when I get a pump going. Strength seems a little more all the time, but hard to gauge when strength isn't really my primary focus. I like what was said in your thread, it's not how much you bench, it's how much it looks like you can bench ;)

Made it through this weekend full of cheat meals with out blowing up. Was 210 this morning, and stomach was as flat as it's been. The Tren is really starting to show in my sweating. Last three nights have had light night sweats. Today I'm sweating like a whore in church at work, and it's only about 80 degrees. I'm gonna be in real trouble when it's in the 90's with 100% humidity here. Brewed a NPP/test prop blend that allows me more room in my pin. So this morning raised Tren, NPP, and prop to 120mg each and kept EQ at 200. Once NPP has had a couple more weeks to keep my shoulder n elbow pains in check, will reduce the NPP and prop to 100mg eod and raise Tren to 150mg eod. That seemed to be my limit last Tren run.

I hope I can handle the Tren in summer. At times my job requires FR long sleeve shirt over my normal T, plus rubber gloves and sleeves, and no shade 40' up. We will see what happens lol

Slacked off on my program all weekend so it was back to it today. Aside from my post workout meal everything was my normal ritual. Here is the post workout meal though ;)

Plus some deviled eggs. I think the EQ is hitting me, because my appetite is off the hook.
Tonight was leg night.
Warm up 8 reps each, empty bar, 135, 235
Then 5x5 315
Did five sets of calve raises on sled with six plates 15 reps
Cardio for ten minutes
Circuit machines to finish off legs. Don't keep track of weight or exact reps. Usually 15-25 reps go to failure. Five sets each.
Another ten minutes of cardio.
A few sets of cable crunches
I was wiped out by then. I think my cals are too low right now with the Tren running. I also split my cardio because I wanted to try something different that others have advised. Gear is definitely effecting cardio. Same resistance and speed is averaging 8bpm faster heart rate now.

Ate enough that I feel like I'm going to explode, yet I still am craving a peanut butter sandwich lol. I certainly didn't have this appetite last Tren cycle. This should get interesting

Last night was shoulders. Embarrassed to say my weights due to these old man shoulders, but here goes.
DB side laterals
1 set 20lbx18
1 set 25lbx15
1 set 30lbx12
3sets 25lbx15 third set failed at 13
Ten minutes cardio
Face pulls on cable machine
1-70x24
5-90 to failure 24 reps at start ended around 18
Upright rows on cable machine
1-70x20
5-110 to failure 20-15 range
Ten minutes cardio
DB military press
1 set 35x15
1 set 45x15
4 set 55x12
Shoulder started to give me pain at the 55lb sets
Shrugs on smith machine, four plates
5 sets of 15
Ten minutes cardio
Three sets of cable crunches just for heck of it
160x30
Another big cheat meal post workout and off to bed
Woke up and hit scale, lost more weight. At 205 today. Can feel my stomach getting flatter. Pinned this morning. Adjusted to 150mg Tren A, 100mg each of test prop and NPP via blend, and 200mg EQ. Today marks three weeks on Tren. Expecting results to pick up pace next week.

It's great to see and feel the stomach tightening up. Me too. Actually me and you are at the same exact point in our tren cycle. This is interesting to watch tren play out.

I'm going to start upping my calories soon, but will be closely monitoring my fat situation. Hope to finish the summer leaner then now, and hopefully a good bit bigger. I learned a lot so far, and am still learning more as I go. Hopefully I'll get my diet nailed down this go around for some real solid gains.

Tren strength is coming on. Tonight was arm night.
10 mins cardio
1 set dB curls 25lbx20
1-35x15 or 18 not sure
3-40x12
2-45x10
Tricep cable pull downs
1-90x can't remember
5-110x15
10 mins cardio
5-45x10 DB curls
One arm pull downs
5-40x12
10 mins cardio
At least 5 more sets of db curls 45lb to failure, and at least five sets of rope pull downs 110 to failure. I didn't count much here because a chic I have hots for was there, so I was busy watching her work out lol.
Last week my db curls were 10lbs lighter, woohoo. I know some are wondering why they are my only bicep work. It's the only thing my tendonitis will allow me to do for biceps right now.
