just want to put this out there. I still can't seem to start a new thread. I have been through all the features on the site and can't find the new thread option. I have been bulking for about three months now pretty hard. I don't want to add a lot more fat on top of current bf. If I still go for best lean bulk, with minimum surplus calories, what product is best for maximizing muscle gains while minimizing fat gains? I know oft3, clen, GH, and GW516. Based on your experiences, which would best modify my metabolism to allow me to reach this goal? Or if you know another thread, please point.

Hope I don't come off as a dick saying this, but, I think you may need to research more on the nature of these compounds and read up on more human physio.

Clen, T3 are going to enhance lipolysis, but if you're in a calorie surplus you're not having much gene activation to initiate lipolysis to begin with. Hence it's pointless and counterproductive due to the negative effects.

To keep a bulk lean just eat at a lower surplus, foods with lower glycemic loads, higher meal frequency, exercise throughout the day.
I mostly agree with you and the point you are trying to make up until the eat at a lower surplus, the stuff after that isn't generally required to reach his goals. But like you said Clen and t3 are essentially useless in this case.

so, dietary fat isn't used as energy?
if dietary fat only gets stored as sub-q fat, wont it eventually get used as energy?

Sure eventually it does but I wasn't addressing that in my previous convo with Sworder. My point was the primary fate of dietary fat is storage. After that it can be used in different ways.

You didn't just try to use Valentino to prove a point? I think he hurt your case more than anything. He obviously isn't smart enough to grasp some basic principles.
I think he is funny as hell. In fact this whole thread is funny as hell. 1/3 of the guys in the thread couldn't explain how bomb calorimetry work but can lecture endlessly on IIFYM. Then there are another third that know their shit and find it difficult to translate pelican into English like me. Then the other third are trying to decide whether to eat a poptart or a chicken breast because both have 200 cals.

Glyco, CBS is another guy that is clueless. Don't mind him :)

Poor Sworder. He tries so hard but always fails. LMFAO

Examples of Sworder's extensive knowledge of AAS:

It is simply bypassing the problem. I am not talking about possible low testosterone (hormonal imbalance) being the problem, it is occurring through a different pathway.

Any ideas are welcome!

So, past 3 days after I have been taking a shit I have noticed some what I thought looked like mucus in the toilet. Didn't think about it that much, just thought I had spit in the toilet or something earlier. Found it again 2 days ago, didn't really pay attention. Then yesterday as I am taking a shit, I notice ejaculatory fluids coming out thick as I am squeezing out the turds.

Is this because my prostate is enlarged right now or what is my excrement pushing against to make the fluid discharge(about 5ml, thick yellowish cloudy) out of my phallus ?

p.s I am on a lot of gear right now..

But you need to understand, the IIFYM crowd doesn't say a poptart is hte same as chicken breast, they would match the protein carb and fat intake of a cleaner diet. It isn't if it fits your calories.....

Valentino is a complete and utter moron. I was thinking about it yesterday and I remember in a video he said not to do glut injections because you don't want your ass to get bigger. He may be funny at times, but you will end up dumber from listening to him. I hear so many ignorant things from supposed big shot body builders on the web.

So you are a judoka? You use seoinage? I was a seoinage player when I was younger. Now more tio touche and uchi mata.

LOL yeah I get the IIFYM bit. I think it's horse pucky though.. and Gregg V is a nut but he is funny as hell. I thought it would be funny to post his rant. It was an attempt at humor to break the tension. i think IIFYM is fatally flawed. Calories of food are based on bomb calorimetry and have nothing to do with human metabolism. So calories are a rough guide at best. to base a peudo religion like IIFYM on this cross food stuffs flawed set of numbers has little value. We could expand the discussion to food additives as well, many of which could be considered metabolic poisons.IIFYMs tend toward junk so are prone to ingest stuff not so close to the earth. I'll stick with veggies out of my garden, fresh herbs and meats from the Dutch market. If IIFYM works for some guys more power to them. Not for me with my body type and age.

I've never been a fan of counting calories. But in certain instances I will do so, long enough to know roughly what I am consuming and a few other specific cases. I've had good results advising people on food quality alone, but sometimes it gets to a point that it isn't sufficient, or they need a dose of reality. I've also gotten fat on good calories. But it really is beyond the point. You can have success without requiring all carbs come from low gi sources etc. Personally I have an autoimmune disease, so things like sugar and certain foods that are borderline dirty give me complications and sometimes slow progress. I wonder if that is sometimes the case for others. I've had to cut out "clean" foods in regards to this as well though.

I don't have any autoimmune diseases or anything but certain foods still impact progress for me. Of they cause too much bloating right before lifting or don't supply me with the energy I need to lift with then I avoid them. It's a very short list for me though of foods I avoid purposely.
