how is P5P for prolactin control?

P5P is the more bioavailable form of B6 if I remember so you don’t need as much as If it was B6. So P5P is like 200 mg/day while B6 is 400-600 mg/day. I’ve only used B6 and I’ve always been fine but I’m not doing crazy doses either so maybe I don’t need prolactin control to begin with. [emoji2369]

There’s a lot of guys here that think the prolactin thing is broscience. Don’t just toss caber at it “just because”. Always base that off of blood test results.
