I asked for a refund on Sunday, you have had time to respond here, add product, but unable to respond to my request.


You even gave me a green light to add in more product(may 25) and said you would ship it in 2 days(may 27) from the time of request which you didn't.

I've ordered from bg before, and the tracking actually updated everytime along the way. It currently still looks like just a label created and not actually shipped.

Still no response, and about over it. 11 days since payment and idk where My pack is.
