It was 8 weeks long,,,,Thats a little long for a withdrawal that was so dibilitating I couldnt do anything but sleep.
I've never taken them so I wouldn't know. But when I was researching them I did look into withdrawal symptoms. When I quit oxycodone cold turkey it took like dam near 8 months for the restless legs to go away

I have that now restless legs. I have to move them all the time, or I feel uncomfortable.

If it is really restless leg syndrome it will get worse when you try to sleep. You will go crazy rolling around all night long. You won't get much sleep at all

Yea it sucks. When the subs wear off it gets bad. Not when I take them obv.

They stay in your system for 3 days. If you take them everyday that's not the problem. Restless legs take like 3 days just to kick in from a short acting opiate like oxycodone ir.

well I cant stop moving my legs/feet when laying down. So, idk Y.

lol na. I am only on a couple things. At least its better then where I was. Ill just deal with it. Ill focus on stopping the action when I realize I am doing it.

T4,lexapro,subs Then Test and tren lol....Cant sleep at all tonight. oh well.

I am not sensoring anything out in this, I could but no fun in that. Where Half the people are probably not putting stuff in there log.

So after the 8 weeks stint. I am better. I have hit legs on monday, took off today.

I am 220, and 15 percent bf. I am 6 foot 1. I need some goal to reach so here is what I am aiming for. I have been on Tren A 100 mg for 4 days. Also test C split into 200 mg pins equalling 400 mg.

So I will be pinning 100mg tren A 5 days a week with 200 mg TEST C MWF.
I wIll do this for 8-10 weeks, and no matter what stay with my workouts and get to 235-240. I will be eating 3500 cals. So about 300 protein, 350 carbs, and 100 fats. I will possibly carb cycle a little bit in here but not yet. So protein shold be 4x300=1200cals of protein...4x350=1400cals of carbs...9x100=900cals of fats. which is 3500 cals. I will do this for 2 weeks and see where I am with the scale. I will make sure I have at least 6 meals, 2 of which will possibly be protein shakes if I cant do it with food.

SO round two...I will have pics up tomorrow.
 
I would like to see you get off those subs and Lexapro. You don't wanna be taking that shit the rest of your life, do ya? I mean you really can't just fucking go somewhere for a couple months bc you'll run out of pills. All in due time....I suppose.
 
So I had a good leg workout tuesday and today. Pretty much similar.

Leg extensions
One legged extensions
leg press
Calf machine
Another calf machine
Adductor
Abductor
Thats all for this one. I did 6 sets of each instead of 5. I want some beefy legs.

I will be doing arms tomorrow. Then chest/back/shoulders. Then arms. And then chest back shoulders. Or maybe not in that order but hitting each muscle 2x in the next 4 days. Then Tuesday and thursday I do legs.

I ate my macros today for sure.
 
I had a great chest and triceps workout yesterday. Toiday is back and biceps. LETS GOOO.
 
Nice log, just read thru it and caught myself up. My only suggestion is to take lowest amount of gear needed and build yourself up instead of doing so much so fast. This is marathon not a sprint and you dont want to burn your body out way too young. I want to be juicing in my 40s and 50s, but i take things alot slower.

Yea I am figuring this out. Appreciate it though. Iwill have pics up when I feel I am progressing. I just didnt lift for 6 weeks so I dont want to throw pics up. Even though I probably look the same. I dont feel like it.
 
I am going to do some typ of workout today.

I have been eating the macros listed a couple of posts above. I think I am going to have great success with this cycle.
 
Hey brother, just curious, how many cc's and how many injections in one day?
o it was just one 3 cc pin. the tren E was 200mg/ml...the deca was 600mg/ml, and the EQ was 500 mg/ml. high concentration oil. no pip/

that was a little bit ago.
