Options
So I am saving my NPP.
I ran 10 days of tren A. So with what I have left I can do 10 weeks at 500 mg. Or 8 weeks at 700 mg. I will do ten weeks at 500 mg. But I ran 1 amp per day for the first 10 days.
I was going to do 600 mg of test C. But will drop it to 400 mg of test C so I use the amps. I dont want to go into my cruising stash.

WORKOUTS

Yesterday I did a great only chest workout.
VERY slow reps for as many as I can do light weight. I am so sore today.
I did 5 workous with 10 sets each workout of 10-20 reps.

Today I will do arms and possibly traps.

DIET

I ate 370 g protein 500 g carbs and 100 g fats yesterday.

I am going to incorporate 1 TBSPN of coconut oil 4x a day. Along with half a shot of Apple cider vinegar for heartburn, and health. I want healthier fats, hence to coco oil.

I also will be taking 3 pills of magnesium whatever dose it is. Along with 1 or 2 pills of glutamine whatever dose. I might add in creatine along with BCAA's To get a really good blast. I am FEELING GREAT!!!!. Especially since I don't have a headache anymore. My energy is up, and libido is crazy.

PINNING

I pinned 100 mg of tren A along with 200 mg of test CYP... I will be pinning tren A ED. And test cyp every 3.5 days. No sides except my body heat is very hot. Sweating alot and I love it.
 
I am feeling goooooood. I had some great lifting and took a day off yesterday. I didnt take a sub I didnt have any energy and and couldnt do anything, felt like I was jumping out of my skin. So I took a hit of weed, which helps for 4 hrs. I ate a little but no where close to any of the macros I was aiming for. But it happends... when I dont have any subs that day. Toko some this morning it is kicking in and I fell real good. No headaches. I feel really full, from my lifting last week.

Idk who says that subs last for 72 hrs. But thats bulllshit. I get sick 48 hrs post last sub.

2 weeks into tren. Love it did 1300 mg in 8 days. So I wille be pinning 5 days a week. I dont really care what days I dont pin. But it would most likely by the day before my rest day. I would pin my rest day so It is kicked in for the nest days workout. I wont pin the day before rest day so levels arent as high that day I dont lift. But the other thats only for one of the rest days.

I think this will be a good one. IF I eat how I am the hole time.

I am doing legs today.

I just pinned 100 mg tren A into bicep. Got tren in vein but no cough but got the feeling.

I cut my soboxone from one pill a day to 3/4's a day since my headache has been gone. Its going good. I dont feel a difference.

Nice job on cutting the sub down my man. Give yourself about a week a that dose and cut it down another 1/8-1/4. Sides will be minimal this way. Patience and consistency.
 
Had an amazing leg workout.. All were 5 sets and a bunch of reps. 1 hr and 45 min.

Dip machine for lower chest

I am weighing 225... So this is how my weight fluctuates throughout one day!

Wake up 222, eat eat eat 5 oclock, 228 Workout eat 225. Its ridiculous. I swear I have had a 8-10 lb difference in 24 hrs. From eatting and being bloated. So The scale is sort of sucking. I am not going to weight myself for 4 weeks. I should be easily 230-235 by then.
 
woke at 7. its 11 oclock. I already have 3000 CALS. So I have been actaully eat more then 3500..Right now 3000 ca;s is 200x4 880 cal from protein. 300x4=1200 carbs, and 120x9 g

So I took 2 days off the last 2 days. today Ill be lifting, doing chest or some type of upper body.

Yesterday I at 5000 cals 300 protein, 700 carbs, at 150 fats.\

Today I will eat less carbs and more protein. I find protein is hard to eat or find. But Its doable. I drank a lot of juice which is why carbs were so high. Plus had 4 bagels. 2 smoothies, and 1 proptein shake. Plus a whole fairlife milk, and how box of protein cereal.
 
I love cereal. Big fan of all types granola. Chocolate Kashi is really good too.
special K has a protein cereal and with fairlife milke in stacks up protein. 1 serving cereal 10 g protein, 1 serving failrlife 13 g protein. So its an easy way to get protein high. It tastes amazing too.
 
I did back and triceps today. I will do chest and biceps tm, then legs tues.

I did 8 workouts. I did 5 sets for eeach workout, with 8-15 reps. With the 6th set a drop set. Then for my last 2 workouts the 4th for each muscle I supersetted and dropsetted. It was sick.

first 3 for triceps last (4th) superset and drop
then 3 for back Iast(4th) superset and drop.

I think I am going to do this tomorrow too. I have been doing 1-2 second positive motion, and 3-5 seconds negative motion. For time under tension. Its fantastic. I needed to change some things uo. So I will do this for a little for all workouts.
 
Diet for today

Protein shake- 60 grams p 420 cals
3 Bagels ------- 30 gram p 150 carbs 4.5 fats 750 cals ( havent been counting bagel for protein)
Smoothie with
yogurt - yogurt 1 and 1/2 s- 30 protein, 40 carbs, 0 fats, 220 cals
P butter- 3 s- 21 protein, 21 carbs, 12 sat fat 33unsat fat, 45 fats, 600 cals.
Fruit- 3 s - 0 protein. 50 carbs, 0 fats, 300 cals
Post workout protein- 3 s- 60 protein, 360 cals, 2 cups-
Fairlife milke- 26 g protein, 26 carbs, 6 sat, 6 unsat, 12 fats 500 cals.
Post workout 1 cup of juice-1 s- 0 protein, 36 carbs, 120 cals.

So 16-8 oz glasses of water.
So far 5 16 oz bottles/cups of water. I aim for at least a gallon day. Need 3 more.


So at 5:00 far 220 grams protein. I will eat dinner and one more smoothie for 300 g protein.
323 g carb. So I want 400 but would eat to 700 g. Anywhere from 400-700.
61 g fats. But Am going to 100. So should get it easy, especially with another smoothie. and steak. Will prob get 120
The calories. Are 3270. I want to get 3500. I will proabbly be doing 3500-5000 cals a day.



Thisis what I do everytday besides real food. I am having steak with sauted mushrooms and oinions with bluecheese. Then potatos and a veggit. I think broccoli. This and a smooothie willl hit all requirements, and optimize muscle recovery.

I've been mixing 8oz of egg whites with 8oz Fairlife, use it in cereal or oatmeal or just drink it. If you have a Kroger around, they make a Carbmaster Milk it's really good also and a little cheaper.

Its like fairlife just a little different. I have never seen it. Fairlife is 4.00 how much is that. I dont mined the carbs and fat in fairlife. But Thanks for post. Ill check it out.

It's usually 3.79 for 64oz...1/2 gal. I get Fairlife 2% (52oz) at Sam's... 3 for 8.98. And mix em. And then mix that mix with egg whites. Lol

Carbmaster has plain, vanilla and chocolate. Vanilla is the best. Imo Mixes well and taste good with 2% and the eggs. Also it makes protein pancakes taste better.

U get the whole FL milk?

I weighed in today at 235-238. I forgot. I have been eating a lot and I have not been sick. Some unfortunate events occured today which I lost my appetite but still got some sold protein shakes in.

I did legs today for 45 min

I went heavy today.
