YesMy gym doesn't have a bench like that but instead been using an incline bench for those seal rows. Does that seal row bench have a hole for your face?

The only one I have seen didn't have it.My gym doesn't have a bench like that but instead been using an incline bench for those seal rows. Does that seal row bench have a hole for your face?
I've seen people use some short lengths of 6x6 lumber to raise a regular bench off the floor. The only one I have seen didn't have it.
It was just an elevated straight bench
That's such a ripoff. It really makes no sense how rare they areThe only one I have seen didn't have it.

Well, maybe in the States it's different or you use a gym with good, varied equipment, that is geared towards satisfying a crowd that is into bodybuilding. That's such a ripoff. It really makes no sense how rare they are
It's not that much different here. I've never seen another gym with one around me.Well, maybe in the States it's different or you use a gym with good, varied equipment, that is geared towards satisfying a crowd that is into bodybuilding.
One sees pictures of amazing gyms in America, with all sorts of machines.
However, in a commercial gym chain (at least where I am), one finds the usual, basic stuff that gym goers use.
Where I go now they even got rid of the seated leg curl and just put two lying ones.
That’s retarded, but that's what they do, provide just general things people use most.
As for the bench you use, it's a super strict movement, done like that, and one that is really hard to do, because of how you are positioned.
I have done it (trying to use what was available, like a tall box to lie on (wouldn't recommend that, lol) or raising a regular bench somehow) and I found that, to do it OK enough, I had to do it a lot lighter that I thought.
Not your problem, I know...
But I am not surprised people wouldn't really use it, even if they had the equipment.
It's tough stuff.
For someone that is used to demolishing partitioning walls at the weekend, though, it must be a walk in the park.
That’s a good idea, I’m 6’3 and I have to put at least 1 bumper plate under my leg extension at home so my heals don’t drag on the floor.I've seen people use some short lengths of 6x6 lumber to raise a regular bench off the floor.
appreciate it man.Sucks to hear about the knees big guy.. Hopefully modifications to the workout can help and you can stay well on track..
it depends, generally no when talking about minor aches and pains.Do you find a deload necessary even if pain seems to be gone by the next upcoming leg day?
appreciate it man.
it is what it is, paying for the years of impact on them running track, wrestling, and powerlifting.
a good deload or training break and i should be right as rain.
