Messed up my patellar tendon yesterday on extensions.. Do you find a deload necessary even if pain seems to be gone by the next upcoming leg day?

Do you find a deload necessary even if pain seems to be gone by the next upcoming leg day?
it depends, generally no when talking about minor aches and pains.

for the context of this injury that im dealing with, I first tweaked it a couple weeks ago, and have retweaked it several times in the following weeks.

This is telling me that simply taking it a bit easy coupled with my standard recovery times is not sufficient for the injury to heal fully.

the answer to "should i deload to let this heal, even if it doesnt hurt" is going to boil down to the individuals injury history and the nature of the injury

Out of all what you mentioned, it's the least likely to have caused your issues ;)

But I get it, you wanted to look tough in my eyes. Let me tell you it didn't work.

@iris we want your opinion as a girl. Were you impressed by this, or do you still prefer @songsofpyramids out of the two ?

U still here?
I thought you were busy making the clit cream for that man's wife.
U lazy, man.
I thought you were hard at work, blending lady parts cream ingredients in your kitchen.
Stakanov, you are not.
You must not disappoint them. You are the expert, remember.

It is time you stop coming here to look at Tom's bum bum.
This is a TRAINING log.

The place for you and your tren moisturised balls is called Grinder.
