BigTomJ's Training and Everything Log

That's such a ripoff. It really makes no sense how rare they are
Well, maybe in the States it's different or you use a gym with good, varied equipment, that is geared towards satisfying a crowd that is into bodybuilding.
One sees pictures of amazing gyms in America, with all sorts of machines.
However, in a commercial gym chain (at least where I am), one finds the usual, basic stuff that gym goers use.
Where I go now they even got rid of the seated leg curl and just put two lying ones.
That’s retarded, but that's what they do, provide just general things people use most.

As for the bench you use, it's a super strict movement, done like that, and one that is really hard to do, because of how you are positioned.
I have done it (trying to use what was available, like a tall box to lie on (wouldn't recommend that, lol) or raising a regular bench somehow) and I found that, to do it OK enough, I had to do it a lot lighter that I thought.
Not your problem, I know...
But I am not surprised people wouldn't really use it, even if they had the equipment.
It's tough stuff.
For someone that is used to demolishing partitioning walls at the weekend, though, it must be a walk in the park.

It's not that much different here. I've never seen another gym with one around me.

And even this one, I almost never see anyone using it. Probably for the exact reason you said, it's hard as shit

Those bands make you lazy on the grip.

"But it's so I can lift heavier !!"

You shouldn't lift anything you cannot entirely grip by yourself.
Foremarms muscles are intertwined with the rest of the muscle architecture and it doesn't make sense to load one without loading the other.

Your log so far is comprised of people being socially acceptable and not enabling you to go further.

I am the one who knocks so you can make progress.

You're an idiot.
Stick to your threads about rubbing slime all over your balls little man.

Within the last week or two I saw you post that you don't go to the gym, don't lift, and haven't for years. What would you know about barbells then?

I don't play the violin either and I can tell a bad violonist by ear, what's your point ?
Let's stay in our lanes bud.

When one of us has a question about greasy transdermals, needle phobia, and what it's like not training, we will be sure to come seek you out.

In the meantime probably best you sit down while the people who actually belong here are talking.

You realize you have some serious issues going on? You should work on that, instead you seem to abuse rec drugs and rub that cream on your backside. You have to understand not everyone likes it the way you do. You force your opinion and you're desperate for someones support.

I usually pass by and have no problem, but it's getting really annoying. Mind your own business and if you lack knowledge at least not commenting would make you look smarter. Yet you act like you know it all. If you are what you say, then why waste time and prove everyone wrong on meso? Just move on with your superiority complex and achieve something meaningful in your life.

#hypermasculinizing yourself with T cream for 5 years. Who needs to lift bro. Injections are for idiots. Level 3 intelectual savior. A fucking wizard.

Short and sweet morning leg day.

I tweaked my adductor/groin or something with the interior side of my glute ham tie in a week or two ago that has taken away a lot of stability and limited what my leg days could be.

Lately my knees have been screaming. Even doing baby weight warmups on extension I'm stopping the set long before my quads are actually warmed up or engaged just because I can't tolerate the pain.

With these two points I'm probably going to deload pretty hard on my leg days next week.

Cut several movements from this session due to adductor (bulgarians and seated leg curl) and lowered relative load to focus on form and contraction to give my knees a break.
