Brewly - Worldwide Marketplace

I have a theory.

Brewly, admittedly, is a group venture by numerous unnamed parties.

I suspect these unnamed parties are the top vendors.

This is a platform for these sources to sell their product.

Other sources are also available, but sales will be minimal.because their product will be further down on the list. Like the third or fourth or fifth page of a google search, it'll rarely be seen.

Require testing and require credit for customers to send in products for testing. Very simple Brewly. You know how MESO feels about this.
It's never not been this way, but we got enough good vendors now. I kicked out all the ones that were not up to the highest standards. The ones remaining that you may not recognize are vouched for by bigger guys.

But yeah, we'll require vendors to publicly post their labs on the labs page. I will try to push for this to be out within a week.

Damn just as things got productive :(

For the record this is not the case and I for one never wanted a "Top Vendors" section. We added it at request of you guys to make sure noobies were being directed towards Meso/SST veterans.

we have one of those lab page things on meso. just sayin.

then direct "noobies" to meso where they can research the vetting themselves. problem solved. Funny how it keeps coming back to this.

Which one is it??? These two posts are conflicted.

Is being on Brewly supposed to mean g2g?

We don't believe that it's our place to make that decision. That's why we built out a review system, ranking, and now even a forum (though we believe Meso is sacred grounds for hardcore vetting). Now admittedly, and as BBBG has pointed out, the platform is too young for that to really take effect yet. Plus, we definitely could improve things by not just having product reviews but also vendor reviews.

BTW, the bottom quote is what got to me tonight.

Like it or not, want it or not, you now have a responsibility to make sure the guys selling on YOUR site are good - provide clean, accurately dosed gear, at a reasonable price. If you can’t do that then you’re not doing anything and your site will crash and burn.

You lose credibility every time a vendor fucks up.

I might kill BBBG if he's forced to re-read the sales pitch again. I think you know what I'm gonna say though, you've been in this thread reading everything (I assume). Plus you have said the concept is cool, so I think you get it already.

Requiring publicly posting them is different, and it's a good direction. So we'll be taking it with our labs page. Every vendor storefront will have their own. Thanks for pushing that suggestion.

You have yet to say the minimum requirements to be a vendor. You keep beating around the bush. Just answer the question don't try to have a smart answer just honestly answer it.
No minimum requirements. Buck Anabolics is here and that should tell you enough.

Check again. If that doesn't say we listen to the community and take it seriously, then I don't know what does. We'll be even more stringent moving forward on vendors without existing name cred.

Minimum requirements, again:

"Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory."

So you asked Buck for photos of his stock and brewing methods? LMFAO and GTFO. You're done here.

So who the fuck is WFO? Because their selection and price are really attractive. Here’s the problem: I don’t know who they are and I will absolutely not order from them because of that. Now if they had a ton of tests posted up that would help ease my mind. But I’d still want to ask them questions. But as of now, because they’re unknown to me, I won’t order. That’s one of your vendors who is looking for more customers who gets none of my business. And it’s not because they did anything wrong. It’s not because you did anything wrong. It’s because before a few weeks ago I had never heard of them and I know exactly the same amount of information about them today as I did the day you launched. Like it or not your vendors are going to have to show up here and face the buzzsaw that is Meso. Your model works once there are enough buyers. Until the majority of your sources get vetted thru here you won’t have many buyers. This is a chicken and the egg situation here and eventually somebody has to step up. Want more reviews? Tell your guys to get over here. Want to be able to rank your vendors based on customer satisfaction? Tell your guys to man the fuck up and get over here so they can get some customers by proving that they’re legitimate and worth buying from. This whoooooole thing solves itself if your vendors stop being massive pussies and instead try to earn some business here. But they damn well have to earn it.

Tests you say? Tons of tests on his page:

Code:

All his products are OOS (out of stock), though. Guessing he's taking a break or something. Hit em up on the site. There's a messenger.

He was a private vendor before Brewly. Has had quite a few sales. I back this guy and his orders 100% so if shit goes bad for you hit me up and I'll have you reimbursed.
