Brewly - Worldwide Marketplace

What I'm saying is the decision is yours on who you buy from. We're defaulting right now to giving more visibility to vendors that have been in the game a long time.

Meso does not have a vetting process. Anyone can post on Meso. What Meso has is a very fervent community. That's not a knock or an insult. It's cool and I think the way you guys do things is effective at times. But it's not vetting in the sense that vendors get a rank, their visibility gets affected, or they get banned if they don't make the cut.

Literally none of that happens. I am genuinely confused at the push back over this specific topic when we're on an unmoderated, open-ended forum where anything goes.
Because YOU are judge, jury, and executioner on your site. Alot of power for one man. Alot of room for back door shady business. Meso is public, no one person holds that power.

I am not attempting to insult your intelligence. I believe there has been a miscommunication about "rank".

When I say rank, I'm talking about product/vendor visibility. How highly a product is ranked means is it occupying the #1 spot or the #10 spot. I'm not talking about literal badges like "MESO APPROVED" or "G2G" or "GOLD SELLER" or something.

Where did I say we have none of this?

You can make reviews! You can even attach blood work pictures to reviews and filter reviews that have it. You can't place a review on a product that you have not purchased, though. This already exists, since day one.

Ok. Since I must have unknowingly huffed a lot of paint at some point in December, kindly explain how a vendor becomes a “Top Vendor”

I cannot find any reviews. I don’t see any testing. No bloodwork. How can anyone make informed decisions?

MESO currently has threads here for our sources and we have testing displayed for easy viewing in the “Lab Testing Thread”

What isn’t broke doesn’t need fixing. If your amazing market was built by MESO for MESO then you would have the BARE MINIMUM yet you do not.

Require testing and require credit for customers to send in products for testing. Very simple Brewly. You know how MESO feels about this.

Dude. These things are not mutually exclusive. I said from early on in this thread (look it up, I'm begging you) that being on Brewly is not a "BADGE OF HONOR" or "STAMP OF APPROVAL". We have a barrier to entry, yes, but that doesn't mean "this is the greatest vendor of all time empty your wallets!". Please take what I say at face value. The only person that can determined who is good to go, is the customer. Everyone has a different standard. This is literally how meso works why are you seething.

That is determined by customers. As it should be.

I really don't know if you're doing this on purpose at this point... here it is again:

You have yet to say the minimum requirements to be a vendor. You keep beating around the bush. Just answer the question don't try to have a smart answer just honestly answer it.

Shackle. I don't know how to respond to this.

Brewly is a public website, with public reviews, and a public forum. There is nothing stopping a forum owner from deleting threads, editing reviews, etc.

That is a lot of power, no? It's the same situation on meso, sst, bop, any forum.

If you don't trust Brewly, then that's perfectly fine. Trust can only be earned. But what you're describing is not unique to Brewly.

Whoever is monitoring the Brewly handle here tonight is fucking up bad. You need to fall on your sword and quit your job. Stop answering and let us communicate with one of the other people please.

I just posted this twice and I believe at this point it's been posted in the thread a total of 10+ times. Please view this screenshot:

Please, read our FAQ:

"Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory."

Nobody deletes anything on MESO. It’s way different than SST bop or any other forum.

You don’t know shit about MESO do you???

Please. Take what I say at face value.

I did not, at any point, say Meso does these things.

I am responding to a comment regarding what kind of power a site admin has at their fingertips. This doesn't mean the site admin does these things.

His claim was that "no one holds that power" on a forum. That is simply not true. Doesn't mean they act on that power.

So to clarify, you have NONE of this right now. And as I pointed out before, I could signup and give vendors bullshit reviews (positive or negative). I might go leave some reviews later just so you have them. Or maybe not. I don’t know.

Fuck you insulting my intelligence and calling me confused. You have “Top Vendors” but they aren’t ranked? You’re retarded.

Buck Anabolics already tried to source here. It didn’t go so well. I’m pretty sure CNraws did too. Our vetting cut Buck out but he’s “ok” for you, which in turn wants to market here. This isn’t sitting well. It’s a back door 2nd chance for ol Buck.

I fuck with Yelp all the time, I’m sure I could game your system. You have an area for reviews in your little forum too.
When I looked at that and saw Buck Anabolics I fucking lol'd. What a joke.
@Brewly , yeah I know I don't have to buy from him, but it doesn't have a good look. It makes you look like you'll shill out to anyone for your 5%.

SST deletes. BOP deletes. Any other forum deletes.

MESO does not unless it’s a doxx

You included MESO with the other ones that delete posts.

This site is to prey on the ill-informed. Anyone with a brain will go on ur site see a source and research that source further and while doing so will end up just ordering straight from the source. I know ur trying to make a business but its gonna get alot of people fucked up bc there's not much harm reduction. Ur waiting on ur sources to cause harm and then get bad reviews vs vetting them hard.

Please take my words at face value BBBG.

"There is nothing stopping a forum owner from deleting threads, editing reviews, etc."

This is the reality of any forum. I never insinuated or claimed Meso did this. However, any forum admin has this power.

I was responding to him saying "No one holds this power on a forum". This is simply untrue.

Please stop twisting my words.

This is a load of shit...you are trying to promote your site on a site that is about harm reduction...why the fuck would we support you?

It’s true people here are smart enough to know who to buy from...but people here most likely won’t be your customers, most of us already have sources we are happy with and trust.

But the noobs who stumble across your site are going to order from any one of those people who are selling god knows what...they haven’t been vetted and yet you will profit from it.

In earlier posts you said you will be vetting, albeit limited, but now it sounds as if any idiot with a vial, a syringe and some olive oil can sell on your site with no questions asked.

You and your site really don’t belong here, I could give a shit at how much you assure people their money is protected...at the end of the day money is money, but ass cheeks and legs or the lack of are forever...you are peddling harm and profiting off of noobs who don’t know better and that says to me that you, DO and the rest of your crew don’t have a clue about what Meso stands for

Ok Brewly. I’m done arguing. You aren’t doing well for your brand by arguing.

I’m right. I’m always right. Even when I’m wrong, I’m right. Do you know why? I’m a potential customer and I write ALL my words not for you, because I can care less. I write my words for the bros that quietly kick back and read but never comment. Those guys are my audience because I know they appreciate it. Those guys are also your potential customers and there are A LOT of them. And say it with me “customers are ALWAYS right”.

Here’s my response to you for now and forever because it’s something you can’t argue with.

Require testing and require credit for customers to send in products for testing. Very simple Brewly. You know how MESO feels about this.

I've made my points, and I'm sorry to see some of you interpret it as arguing. I am genuinely trying to answer your questions.

If I don't answer, I'm a scammer that doesn't take you seriously. If I do answer, I'm arguing and should just keep my mouth shut because the customer is always right. If you feel that way, don't ask me questions.

We push our big name vendors hard. All our orders are going to them at the moment. This fear mongering is not productive.

That being said, we'll take your feedback and considerations into concern and start enforcing a higher standard on all our vendors.

To reiterate our current screening process again:

"Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory."

I'll start slimming the herd, again, now (did it once before we came to Meso).

Thanks for the feedback guys and sorry if things came off hostile at times. Was never my intention.

Alright take a look at the vendor/top vendor list now.

@BigBaldBeardGuy @shackleford

If anyone has any qualms concerning any vendor, please reach out.

If anyone is unable to claim testing credit from a vendor, again please reach out. It's unacceptable not to provide credit for testing.

Development priority had recently shifted towards forum, seo, redesign efforts, but given the overwhelming call for a dedicated labs page on storefronts, we will be adding one sooner rather than later.

It was initially not a priority because vendors could already upload such lab pics as product pictures + everyone was already ordering from established, vetted, big name vendors + customers can add lab pics in their reviews

But we think the community knows best, and we're listening. It's never an argument guys, it's a discussion.

Post that fucking screenshot one more time tonight you condescending cunt. Just because you answered a question 3 weeks ago and 746 posts ago AND THEN back pedal out of it doesn’t mean you have to be a dick about.
