Sure is. Wide shoulders I never have to train... Tough for powerlift bench to be all chest and arms though. Easier for deadlift... I figure squat is a push. I always feel comfortable squatting.I don't kno what my wingspan is, I'll have to measure that out. Your upper body has to be long sitting at 6'2 with 32 length pants

So fucking pumped... found out a guy who is in the program has a side business prepping meals. He is a full time chef and does 60 gram protein meals at $5 each. Menu changes every week. I tried them a few times because guys I know are using him and they are good as hell- order friday deliver monday. I got 30 meals for next week so I can hit 6 a day and see how it goes. $150 delivered. Fuck yes. Menu this week-
Bacon, egg, spinach and cheese pies, Dr. Pepper pulled pork with broccoli and carrots, Chicken Caesar salad over spinach, Sweet beef with white potatoes, Cajun chicken with sweet potatoes, Peanut butter chicken over whole wheat pasta
