Sure is. Wide shoulders I never have to train... Tough for powerlift bench to be all chest and arms though. Easier for deadlift... I figure squat is a push. I always feel comfortable squatting.

I just looked into that and is something I'm gonna try but also keeping my bend. I don't want it to feel like more of a squat.

So fucking pumped... found out a guy who is in the program has a side business prepping meals. He is a full time chef and does 60 gram protein meals at $5 each. Menu changes every week. I tried them a few times because guys I know are using him and they are good as hell- order friday deliver monday. I got 30 meals for next week so I can hit 6 a day and see how it goes. $150 delivered. Fuck yes. Menu this week-

I'm siked. i eat chicken stir fry (10 lbs chopped chicken breast, big bag stir fry veggies.and bottle of teriyaki) and pasta with meat sauce (10 lbs hamburger meat, 2 lbs elbows and two jars ragu) six times a day now with milk and eggs. I am super pumped to see how varied diet and protein hits me.

My morning weight has gone up about two lbs a week since I started npp. Stuck with 14 hour days at work unexpectedly that fuck up my eating so pretty siked about gains. I woke up at 277 today. My 280 was morning weight, but when I hopped off gh I dropped to 270 am weight... so about 7 lbs in three weeks. I have to say that off gh I am sleeping better and breathing easier... something about high dose gh was turning me into a mouth breather.
