IGF-1 lr3 1 mg týdně
Inzulín 30iu v tréninkový den

Moje jídlo
Bílkoviny 350-400g denně
Sacharidy 800 g denně
Tuk 30 g

Skutečná hmotnost 120 kg, 264,55 lb
tělesný tuk asi 8-12 %

for the cycle, it looks excessive as fuck.
 
Right lol.. the test is not horrible but still.. deca and the orals are making my kidneys hurt
I would like to see what someone like nick walker ran this past year coming into prep forny pro..then the Arnold and Olympia
Less than most people think. Maintaining size is def easier than gaining it and Nick’s been 250+ for a couple years now.

It’s funny how when people get confronted with this their answers often like this

I eat a pound of beef a day and veggies all day and I’ll have a huge ham sandwich before bed with lots of regular ass whole milk

and I workout really hard 3-4 times a week mainly my chest and biceps

was thinking the same shit. 4g of AAS a week, 120g protein a day.
 
This is so excessive , you can be back where you was with much less.
Even if you used that much before or more keep it cleaner this time and more proffesional like you are , this blast is so dirty.
