Bulking up blast

I dialled in calories to get a 0.5kg per week increase after the initial bloat weight spike from starting the cycle, I do know how to diet but it's just going straight to 0.5kg of fat apparently.

It HAS to be a training issue, either that or all my gear is bunk. Blood test in a few weeks will confirm testosterone levels I guess. I really don't feel like I'm on over a gram of gear, my little tren cycle with 400mg had way more sides, hell even my first ever 600mg test E cycle gave me horrible backne and I couldn't walk far due to leg pumps... this current cycle doesn't seem to have sides at all. But I KNOW my test levels are at least high end natty from my recent blood work, and I feel like even a high end natty would/should make gains from this routine and diet.

I chose full body because it's time efficient, my exercises don't really have enough overlap to interfere badly with each other, and I get rest days EOD for best recovery.
 
Even on that routine if I were eating in a surplus with that much gear I’d be getting stronger regardless. Definitely sounds like some bunk shit , you didn’t get it from naps did you?
 
The DBol is about 3 years old, I got it for my first cycle and only used a few of them at the time but I KNOW it was good back then from feels, and it's still within its expiry date.

The 250mg Test U is probably underdosed but it gives me 730ng/dl testosterone on its own once a week, confirmed by blood results.

The 400mg Deca / 600mg Test E in a blend I don't know, it's thick as syrup and it's pretty PIPpy. It's from a different UGL from the Test U and I've used them for a while with acceptable results.

Am very confused.
Maybe there's something in my blood work messing me up? High cortisol? Low iron?
 
Idk man something not adding up. The way you’re describing this situation corresponds with a trainee with crap genetics who is completely natural. If you’re diet is dialed in training should be progressing at least slowly. I’d say just give time for the esters to build up, but even now you should be feeling some performance boost

Full body is shit. You’re also not dieting correctly. If you’re getting fat you’re eating too much. If you’re on minimal to no gear you should still get stronger over time.

You said this happens every time. If it happens once you’re fuckimg up. Everytime and you don’t know what you’re doing.
Apparently you’re not going to listen so just keep wasting gear and getting fat.

I swear if I were doing half ass full bodyshit with just half the amount of gear I’d be gaining some strength for sure. I feel like he’s not telling us something. A surplus shouldn’t just yield all fat gain especially on gear

Gear doesn’t magically make a shitty routine and overeating work.

Okay listen up, you know that I know that he knows that something is off. What exactly do you typically eat in a day? What specifically does your routine look like?

His diet sucks so does his routine. His test/deca mix is underdosed or doesn’t contain either test or deca. But his main issue is he’s trying to pound a bunch of drugs when he doesn’t know the basics

Yep and probably up his protein. He also needs to throw full body out the window
I wouldn’t necessarily say that full body is bad. I do a full body variation. DC training is technically full body. It depends on how you structure the program.

I do the following:

Monday Pull - back, biceps, medial and rear delts, traps, hams

Tuesday Push - chest, tris, anterior delts, quads, calves

Repeat with different movements on Thursday and Friday.

But yes, the typical squat variation, deadlift variation and bench variation with one accessory for each muscle done three times a week is pretty shit for bodybuilding.

Dc is upper/ lower, biceps. I’ve never seen or heard of anyone putting on appreciable muscle mass doing full body.
