Buttcrack Billy Journal entry: dear Meso- I managed to keep off massive amounts of fat , I'm winning in the game- but still have saddle-bags and lots of fat, i'm going to do an anorexic diet keto.... then I was wondering if it is healthy to just do protein ISO-pure low cal zero fat shakes for 3-4 x a day after I ease off of the fast?

I know pro bodybuilders do protein only before contest for maybe 5-6 days but is it possible / not too unhealthy to do for like 10-15 days ? Serious replies only - thanks for welcoming me back
