Can I run hgh by itself?

@OldGHGuy I am 49 years old and my IGF-1 level is 217 (Somatomedin). I plan to inject 1.5 IU. 5/2. What do you think, would this dosage help relieve joint problems? I will also take TB-500 + BPC 157.

If your primary goal is to relieve joint pain. you may want to consider a GLP. They lower systemic inflammation independently of the weight loss effects.

what do you mean by GLP`?

The new class of incretin hormone weight loss drugs. Semaglutide, Tirzepatide (ie, Wegovy, Zepbound). Even if you don't need to lose weight, there's always a dose that doesn't impact appetite while still reducing inflammation. And it's only once a week.

They reduce systemic inflammation by improving insulin sensitivity, and moderating immune response via the brain.

"GLP-1 medications have been shown to help lower systemic inflammation, which can benefit patients with joint pain by reducing swelling and discomfort in affected areas."

You did not specify what uour "joint problems" are and GH is not necessarily the first line treatment for joint pain only. However, it (along with your peptides) may help. Everyone reacts differently so there is no way I can predict the outcome for you. Good luck!

bone and cartilage damage and problems with the tendons.

joint pain with hgh is different. For me it wasnt a piercing pain it was more of a dull pain and stiffness. My knees would not work no matter what protocol I would run. I had to leg press for 6 months and even at that it was a struggle.

You'll probobly find oral hyaluronic acid more helpful with joint issues than HGH.

It's the body's natural lubricant, the production of which declines with age, and 120mg/day has been proven to ease joint pain.

The joint injections are undoubtedly effective, but even oral shows it makes a real impact in the improvement of joint function, delaying further damage, and easing pain. And it's dirt cheap.

HA=Hyaluronic Acid
OA=Osteoarthritis

"HA is a safe raw material and the efficacy of oral HA in relieving knee pain was demonstrated in several clinical trials. HA as a dietary supplement exhibits mild efficacy and no side effects. By utilizing these characteristics, HA dietary supplements provide at least some possibility for the treatment and prevention of serious conditions in patients with OA exhibiting mild knee pain."
