Comeback cycle help

Hello meso I have a decent amount of experience with only a few compounds that I found have worked for me the best. I started about 2 years ago with my first cycle after lifting natty for a total of about 3 years prior consistently to this not including a year from when I was 17-18 and took my diet and training with the utmost importance (throughout all of my experience while in the gym) . Before my first cycle I was 170 lbs and stuck on plateau which I now know was due to lack of food and not quality. I was beyond obsessed. I am currently 26 and jumped on the train when I was 23-25 and it became my life. I am currently 5’10.5 and 225 lbs with most of that wieight being fat. At my peak I was 230 lbs and a body fat around 13-15% (guess) as I never really went for the shredded look. I have run about 4 cycles in those 2 years and they went as follows.
1st cycle 500 test 16 weeks total with last 4 including anadrol 50 mg for first 2 weeks then 100mg last 2 and was by far the most strength and dramatic results I have ever seen
Cycle 2 750 test 400 NPP
Cycle 3 500 test 550 NPP Absolutely blew up on the cycle and was moving more weight than I thought I ever could.
Cycles 4 350 test 500 Tren A and was absolutely addicted to the gains vascularity and how dominant I felt in the gym. This is when I was eating to get me to 230 and after this cycle (cruising in between these) I met my girlfriend and with the time consumption and job requirements of late nights and insane sleep schedule as I am a bartender I haven’t been to the gym in about a year while still eating like I was 230 with 13% body fat as it became my norm.
I did no PCT although I used HCG throughout this whole process yes I know insanely stupid of me and messed up my body worse than I could have imagined but now she is on board with my steroid use and I have been going for the past month to get back into my routine and dietary restrictions. Basically is it stupid to run a 500 test 200 Tren cycle to help with the muscle memory and getting back to where I was the fastest way possible through some sort of recomp? Just need some helpful advice everything is appreciated thanks for all y’all do.
