This is going to be a long post since I’m almost two weeks behind. TBH, as the days went on, I got lazier and lazier to update because it is so much to type out. Anyway, I’m going to make it a point to not get behind again and stop slacking on my log. Don’t hold me to this though!

Feeling super worn out but went to the gym anyway once the Anavar and Albuterol hit. I still get a really good burst of energy, even if I’m dead tired and it makes me feel like I have to be in the gym doing something. Kept my workout light but it still felt good to be active.

Sleep has been sucky lately and it’s catching up to me. I really need to make it a point to try and go to sleep early. Been staying up way too late for my own good. Kept it light at the gym again due to lack of sleep. I know I should probably just stay home and rest, but once that Var and Albuterol hit, I need to work out.
Sides are still the same and nothing new. Slightly oily face and hair, clit sensitivity and really high libido. No acne, voice changes, hair loss or extra hair growth.

Workout was great. I did chest/shoulders/triceps. I haven't really had a full workout for those parts since coming back from vacation a week and a half ago. Instead, I think I may have been overdoing legs and glutes this week, lol. My husband made a comment to me after our vacation and said that my upper body was developing a little faster than lower body. I think he totally gave me a complex because now I feel like I constantly have to be training legs and glutes.
Have I mentioned how much I love Albuterol now? The burst of energy I get is pretty awesome.

Didn’t go to bed super late last night, so it was nice to not feel like a zombie today.
Took 0.5mg. of Ketotifen before going to bed. It knocked me out within 30 minutes.
I felt good doing squats today but was too scared to go up in weight since I didn’t have anyone to spot me and I didn’t feel like asking some random stranger.

The Ketotifen knocked me out pretty quickly and I slept so well. Had a hard time waking up this morning but overall, I felt great from the extra sleep.
Worked on mostly quads since yesterdays squats was the only quad exercise I did. Threw in a little bit of calf work at the end and my husband made me do abs with him, lol. Have I mentioned that I hate doing abs? Glad he had me do it because I felt really accomplished afterwards.
Sides are still the same. Slightly oily face and hair. Clit sensitivity and high libido. Really thirsty. I feel like I can breathe just fine while taking Albuterol now. Haven’t had any anxiety issues like I was in the beginning either.

I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from strangers and people I know, who I haven’t seen in a little while. One person suspects I’m on AAS. He hasn’t outright accused me of it, but hints that he knows. Everyone else says I look very athletic and notice my legs the most.
