This is going to be a long post since I’m almost two weeks behind. TBH, as the days went on, I got lazier and lazier to update because it is so much to type out. Anyway, I’m going to make it a point to not get behind again and stop slacking on my log. Don’t hold me to this though! ;)

Feeling super worn out but went to the gym anyway once the Anavar and Albuterol hit. I still get a really good burst of energy, even if I’m dead tired and it makes me feel like I have to be in the gym doing something. Kept my workout light but it still felt good to be active.

Sleep has been sucky lately and it’s catching up to me. I really need to make it a point to try and go to sleep early. Been staying up way too late for my own good. Kept it light at the gym again due to lack of sleep. I know I should probably just stay home and rest, but once that Var and Albuterol hit, I need to work out.

Sides are still the same and nothing new. Slightly oily face and hair, clit sensitivity and really high libido. No acne, voice changes, hair loss or extra hair growth.

My body isn’t sore anymore since I took a rest day yesterday but I am super tired since I went to bed really late last night.

Did squats and glute work but didn’t try to PR on anything since I feel shitty from lack of sleep. Kept things a little lighter again. I know this is probably hindering me from making gainz. =/

Workout was great. I did chest/shoulders/triceps. I haven't really had a full workout for those parts since coming back from vacation a week and a half ago. Instead, I think I may have been overdoing legs and glutes this week, lol. My husband made a comment to me after our vacation and said that my upper body was developing a little faster than lower body. I think he totally gave me a complex because now I feel like I constantly have to be training legs and glutes.

Have I mentioned how much I love Albuterol now? The burst of energy I get is pretty awesome.

Took 0.5mg. of Ketotifen before going to bed. It knocked me out within 30 minutes.

I felt good doing squats today but was too scared to go up in weight since I didn’t have anyone to spot me and I didn’t feel like asking some random stranger.

The Ketotifen knocked me out pretty quickly and I slept so well. Had a hard time waking up this morning but overall, I felt great from the extra sleep.

Worked on mostly quads since yesterdays squats was the only quad exercise I did. Threw in a little bit of calf work at the end and my husband made me do abs with him, lol. Have I mentioned that I hate doing abs? Glad he had me do it because I felt really accomplished afterwards.

Sides are still the same. Slightly oily face and hair. Clit sensitivity and high libido. Really thirsty. I feel like I can breathe just fine while taking Albuterol now. Haven’t had any anxiety issues like I was in the beginning either.

Slept nice and early last night and felt so good today.:) Had a really good workout and felt strong. I'm sure I could’ve broken my BP PR but I didn’t try because I didn’t have anyone to spot me. Did another full body workout.

I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from strangers and people I know, who I haven’t seen in a little while. One person suspects I’m on AAS. He hasn’t outright accused me of it, but hints that he knows. Everyone else says I look very athletic and notice my legs the most.

Haha, he sure does!

Crossing my fingers for you and your wife. ;). A lot of women have reported high libido during their Anavar cycle, however there are the few that have not been affected libido wise. Hopefully it's not the latter for your wifey!
 
Day 61, 6/5/16

Weight: I don't know. Digital scale says it's low on battery. Time for a new scale anyway.

Anavar 15mg. Albuterol 9mg. Ketotifen - going to take 0.5mg. before I go to bed.

Today is a rest day but I ended up doing another 2 a day. I don't feel guilty though because I managed to stay completely away from lifting any weights. :cool: Trust me. This is a huge accomplishment, ha.

I spent a lot of time working on mobility and stretching after my morning workout. It felt good to do so because I don't spend nearly enough time doing either.

I was full of energy and felt strong during my P.M. workout and managed to break my pull-ups PR. :) I did 9 with chin over the bar for each rep. Yeah baby!

Fueled up on lots of good food today, going to make it a point to go to sleep early tonight and hoping to kick some ass during tomorrow's lifting session. I'm going to try to break my squat PR.

Sides are still the same except I woke up with one small blemish on the side of my forehead and it's annoying because I keep accidentally hitting it when I'm brushing my hair away from my face. It hurts a bit!

Last week, I squatted a max of 205 x 4. Today, I broke my PR by squatting 215 x 3 and then 225 x 1. :) I was hoping to get two reps, but was spent after just that one. Funny enough, I was still able to squat more reps at lighter weights. However, I did take a really long rest period after maxing out.

I've been getting the snide remarks about me being on steroids by people at my gym. I reply sarcastically and say, "Yes, I am on steroids." :cool: One guy asked me today, "Have your quads always been that big? They're just so much more noticeable now in just a few short weeks." I wonder if he knows.

Congrats on the PR! 225 is pretty damn impressive!! Great Progress! Like you I'm a little worried I have a "gear head" sign above my head. My gym folks are also FB friends and I always post when I have a PR and let's just say I've been having a lot of them lately LOL.. :oO Keep it up though! Love to watch us get strong!

Thanks! I really was spent and couldn't squat more than one rep at 225. I'd like to believe I could've done more but I was scared to try for a second rep because it was a different person "spotting" me and he really wasn't spotting me at all. He literally just stood behind me and did absolutely nothing.:eek:

Told ya that you could get 225 and that you weren't hitting anywhere near your max. I believe I was told that women are differnt and that you were and I should STFU :rolleyes:. Lol

Spotters that do absolutely nothing but stand there are the best ones. I only need them there if I get in trouble and would rather they not touch it or help me unless I absolutely need it.
 
Im helping my wife get to the 200 lb mark (squat)
She is very much in the beginner stages
Shes has a great figure mostly due to genetics. Kinds suprised shes not stronger than she is. Last week she did 135x5 (3 sets)
