Its an anti oxidant so i think it helps flush the the cells clean

Have you noticed any positive benefits of taking a high dose of vitamin C daily? I've read about all the benefits you can get out of it, but were any of them actually noticeable to you?

There is a movie on Netflix called Food Matters that talks all about vitamin c and it's benefits. It came off a bit over the top at some points but it was really good. Not sold on it curing cancer exactly but definitely had some good points.

Yes absolutely
I used to take emergen-c post workout because i would find myself getting sick as hell even on cycle due to a combination of intense failure based workouts, little sleep, ridiculous long days and well kids...anybody who has kids knows what im talking about

Now i just use regular vitamin c. I worked my way up to 3000mg. Its water soluble so if its not needed your body pisses it out. I dose it every 3 hours at 1000mg till i get to 3000. Its cheap and good freakin insurance

Yes, I definitely know what you mean. Any little thing my kids pick up from school or the gym daycare gets passed on to me.:confused:

You're making me want to go out and buy a bottle of Vitamin C now. What's one more pill to add to the other 100 supplements I am currently taking. Lol

I broke my BB hip thrust PR and thrusted 320lbs. 1 x 8 w/5 sec. hold on last rep. :) It was only a 5# jump from the last time. I'm sure I could've jumped up by 10#'s but I wanted to make sure I got the full range of motion with each rep, so I stuck with just adding 5.

I've had a slight headache since after my workout and was super hungry by the time I got home. The few tiny blemishes on my face are starting to go away. The other sides are still the same.

Down below are a couple of PWO pics. I think I've leaned out a bit yet I also think I'm slightly bloated from the Var. It's hard to explain, ha.

I've noticed a big improvement in my hamstrings and my traps seem to be blowing up, in a good way. ;) I used to be quad dominant, but I think they have evened out since I've been paying special focus to them + my glutes this cycle. My lats have gotten wider as well but I don't have measurements of them, so it's hard to tell by how much.

*Oh, I forgot to mention that I attempted to go bra shopping the other day and noticed that my bewbs have shrank by a whole cup size. :( So yes, you will definitely lose your bewbs if you decide to use AAS, ladies. *sigh* It's a good thing I already have implants, but it just sucks because I've been a DD for over ten years, and now that I'm only at a D, they seem really small to me. My husband says he still loves them but has indeed noticed that they've shrank quite a bit.
That waist is looking tight! Glutes, hams, lats and quads on point too! What a difference from when you started. Definitely you have made the most of this cycle! Excited for what comes next for you!

Thank you, @Thenewera. :) I appreciate your feedback! Leaving intermediate? I'm flattered because I don't quite see myself that way. I'm very happy with how much I've progressed but always see in the mirror what needs to be fixed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome compliment.
