What's funny is the same thing happened to me a couple years ago at my gym. But it was a man in his 40's, who was also a regular and I would see him frequently lifting.

One day, I was in the stretching area and he was mimicking my every move. My husband noticed and texted me to tell me because he was trying to be discreet. We both wanted to bust up laughing. It was so odd.

That's kind of creepy. Some really weird cats seem to frequent gyms.

Hold on... maybe he didn't know how to stretch :)
I don't know for example most of the basic movement for stretching and If I was in the gym and see someone stretching and I feel like doing it, I would probably imitate the person ahaha :)

Haha, I suppose anything's possible but the guy was fit and didn't look like he had just started working out.

Probably he didn't see the part where it clearly state you need to do it in a casual way that's not obvious and not in a gym while someone train ahahhahah

I finally hit 200+ for my squats today! Super happy about that. I did 200lbs. x 4 and felt good after. So I decided to add an extra 5lbs. and do another set. I was struggling with my 4th rep at 205, so my buddy helped me out a tiny bit. He hardly touched me though, so I can think I could've repped it out on my own. Wishful thinking, ha.

I had someone record me max squatting so I can check out my form. Sent my video to @Happycamper so she can vouch for me.:D

I started off my cycle squatting 135 x 8. I'm on week 9 and squatting 205 x 4. Three more weeks of my cycle left and I get a little nervous and excited when I think about what's to come as far as strength and muscle gainz.

I've been on vacation the last five days and have been eating a ton and not lifting so hard. My body weight is up by 4lbs. and I woke up feeling fat, bloated and gross. At least that extra weight wasn't for nothing, ha.;)

Thanks!:) I'm curious, too because I was able to still squat 135lbs. 2 x 10 after my max. I was winded and my quads/glutes were burning like crazy, but it was do-able.
Women can rep out closer to their maxes than men can. So men always say 'if you're repping ____, your max must be ____'

Sadly it's not really the case. But work that weight for reps and make sure to try a little more on the bar before your cycle ends for sure.

Will do. I'm going to try to keep adding 5lbs. each week. Try! Lol
