Are you going to try 100mg var?
Probably not; I see no need to push the dosage, especially on Test/Primo already.

Maybe if I ran var with just TRT test I would try it one day.
 
No new crazy body changes to report, but I'm getting leaner in places I've had trouble with in the past.

I've also added 30 mins of LISS cardio walking around my block for 30mins, except on legs days. I have so much energy from adding more caffeine to my day, I have to move more.
 
If I do any cardio at night, like just walking around my block for 30 mins, I come back and eat my last meal, but then I'm hungry as fuck and eat more... I can't do any cardio while in this deficit, otherwise it is counter productive. I've been losing fat without it anyway, so I'll let the diet and workouts handle it.

I won't stop until my abs show without flexing them, and my lower back fat is completely gone...my lower body is pretty lean already, just gotta match my upper body with that leanness.
 
213 this am....

I did do 20mins elipical, and took my dog for a walk... then I did do some ketamine before bed to trip a bit...may have helped drop water? Not sure lol.

Doesn't ketamine slow down heart rate a bit? Not gonna judge, im just thinking this might interfere with your diet goal.

Probably, but I don't do it all the time. Last time I did it was last summer.
 
I find myself binging last two nights in a row; I've been getting hungry at 11 pm, right before bed, and I start eating carbs and junk food. Doesn't matter how many diet sodas I drink to keep my stomach full; I'll even eat a grilled-chicken salad to prevent me from eating crap when I get these urges—a huge bowl, and it doesn't stop me.

Woke up today at 221lbs.

IDK if it is time for another diet break or what. I'm not doing cardio anymore because cardio was making me hungry in the same manner.

I started clen on May 30, so it has been a month of that... I also changed my routine a bit; perhaps I'm 'overtraining" because I'm hitting the gym 6x a week, at a leaner composition, but have kept my intensity as high as I was before?

Perhaps I need to go five days a week now, or lower the volume? IDK... Do I need refeeds? I'm not super-shredded so I don't think I earn those, but it seems my body WANTS more food as if it is being pushed too hard.


Maybe I need a deload week again, and drop the clen for that week?

Anyone know what is going on?

Maybe it does matter how many diet sodas you drink? As in, maybe they are triggering or contributing to the binging? It’s a commonly reported phenomenon.

This may be the case. I only have two diet sodas a day, but the last one is a night with my last meal, with the idea the carbonation would keep my satiated. Maybe I'll cut it out and see if that helps. Thing is, if this were the case, I could binge eat every night, since I have my last soda every night.
 
I think you have so many factors going on it’s going to be tough to figure out without simplifying. HGH, gear, ketamine, diet soda, moderate but on the high end fasting glucose… You’re throwing your body for so many loops constantly. No judging, honestly I’ve done my share of shit, but you might need to start eliminating some variables, stabilize your metabolism, and see where that gets you. You’re obviously getting some positive results, so congrats and good luck.

well the ketamine was a one-off thing for two days....that's done.

What do you mean by stabilizing my metabolism?
