Probably, but I don't do it all the time. Last time I did it was last summer.Doesn't ketamine slow down heart rate a bit? Not gonna judge, im just thinking this might interfere with your diet goal.
Maybe it does matter how many diet sodas you drink? As in, maybe they are triggering or contributing to the binging? It’s a commonly reported phenomenon.I find myself binging last two nights in a row; I've been getting hungry at 11 pm, right before bed, and I start eating carbs and junk food. Doesn't matter how many diet sodas I drink to keep my stomach full
This may be the case. I only have two diet sodas a day, but the last one is a night with my last meal, with the idea the carbonation would keep my satiated. Maybe I'll cut it out and see if that helps. Thing is, if this were the case, I could binge eat every night, since I have my last soda every night.Maybe it does matter how many diet sodas you drink? well the ketamine was a one-off thing for two days....that's done.I think you have so many factors going on it’s going to be tough to figure out without simplifying. HGH, gear, ketamine, diet soda, moderate but on the high end fasting glucose… You’re throwing your body for so many loops constantly. No judging, honestly I’ve done my share of shit, but you might need to start eliminating some variables, stabilize your metabolism, and see where that gets you. You’re obviously getting some positive results, so congrats and good luck.
Well I did a diet break already, May 9 for two weeks. I haven't been going nonstop since Feb. But I think it's time for another break.I missed that you’re cutting since February. Yeah, take a break
Indeed. The t3 dose for me was because I was using it as my primary fat burner and didn't add clen until phase two of my cut. From what I read, we make about 25mcg of T3 naturally, so it made no sense to shut down my own t3 just to take exogenous, which is why I chose 50mcg. And since permanent thyroid damage/shut down is a myth, I was going to run it until the summer ended, and stop it completely before I jump into my next bulk. I've been on t3 for over 7 months now. I probably didn't have to be, but I wanted to see what it can do.Overall looks like a solid plan. It’s worth noting I’m on 10iu of HGH because we humans are creatures of habit and the idea of going any lower isn’t an option if that makes sense lol. I’m not sure how quantifiable the sole fat loss benefits will be going from 5iu to 10iu of HGH. I do know it won’t hurt, so if funds allow, by all means go for it. @Type-IIx I’m sure could elaborate further here but it’s splitting hairs.
The one things that does stick out is your T3 dosage. I’m a fan of running T3 as low as possible - think true replacement dose for endogenous thyroid function here. I think for most, 25mcg is more than enough in most cases. I think @Type-IIx might be of the same school of thought but I don’t want to speak on his behalf.
Just my 2 cents.
