Yo Mac, how the F do you eat 1000g of carbs everyday? Any secrets?
Im an ectomorph so i dont grow worth a shit unless i eat carbs, but the thing is i actually hate eating carbs im a total carnivore. I struggle to hit 600g day of carbs, i dream to be able to eat 1kg of carbs a day id blow up big time but fuck me after a couple cups of rice

Meat i can eat infinitely but sadly protein doesnt make me grow, carbs make me grow.
I rely heavily on fruit smoothies to get to my carb goal but even that has limits. Sure i could hit 1000g in one day as a black swan event, but doing it day in and day out i just cant make it. Any suggestions?

3500-4000 likely. The max got larger every time I grew. But my numbers aren’t your numbers.@Mac11wildcat Do you remember what your bulking calories were, when you were around 155-160 pounds?
I am not hard to identify AT ALL after going pro. It’s likely a lot of people already know.Will your identity forever be concealed? I get not every IFBB pro is in the public eye or has a huge social media presence but sponsorships, brand deals and so on seem like a logical step to make some real money from the sport.

Yeah for sure. I just wanted to see what yours were. When I was on cycle, I went close to 3600 and gained around 20 lbs of fat. It was a clean bulk also. I'm naturally an endomorph. I think my bulking calories are around 3000.3500-4000 likely. The max got larger every time I grew. But my numbers aren’t your numbers.
I stick to basics. I don’t know pretty much anybody who’s finished a trest run and liked it or shown drastic improvement over the basics.@Mac11wildcat Have you ever tried ment/trest in offseason? Do you think it has its place or would you rather stick to basics like test/deca ?
