I want to apologize right away, because my computer is doing something incomprehensible. Everything is very slow and some glitches. I gave it to a specialist for repair. Didn't mean to cause inconvenience. I'm new here, but I'm interested here
 
Yo Mac, how the F do you eat 1000g of carbs everyday? Any secrets?

Im an ectomorph so i dont grow worth a shit unless i eat carbs, but the thing is i actually hate eating carbs im a total carnivore. I struggle to hit 600g day of carbs, i dream to be able to eat 1kg of carbs a day id blow up big time but fuck me after a couple cups of rice i have no desire to eat carbs, the rest of the day its force feeding and it sucks. Meat i can eat infinitely but sadly protein doesnt make me grow, carbs make me grow.

I rely heavily on fruit smoothies to get to my carb goal but even that has limits. Sure i could hit 1000g in one day as a black swan event, but doing it day in and day out i just cant make it. Any suggestions?

Embrace the suck bro. Eating is the worst part for me. Choose carbs that settle well for you and get after it. Wish I had secrets.
 
When I change carbs for those that are better digested. When I use them for a long time, they are also difficult to use over time. And it seems to me not right to use enzymes all the time. So far I have not found a secret for myself, how many carbohydrates to eat.

After some of my normal meals i put a bread in the sandwichmaker and then fruit gem in the middle. Easy to digest and get 700 g of carbs daily.

Is that possible to post your training split with exercise?
Have no idea on how to build properly my arm day.
 
Will your identity forever be concealed? I get not every IFBB pro is in the public eye or has a huge social media presence but sponsorships, brand deals and so on seem like a logical step to make some real money from the sport.

Seems like some internet detective mofos could figure out who you are based on some of the vague information you sprinkled throughout this thread anyway lol.

I am not hard to identify AT ALL after going pro. It’s likely a lot of people already know.

I got you. Here’s my current A and B arm day. One is failure one is volume.

Arms 1 *
  1. Single Arm Tricep Extension
  2. Single DB Preacher Curl
  3. Close Grip Bench
  4. EZ Bar Curls
  5. Single OH Cable Ext SS Single Cable Curl
  6. Vbar Pushdown SS High Curl Machine - 3x12–15 each
* all movements except 6 are one top set to failure and one backdown set (20-30% less weight, aim for more reps than top set), rests are a good 2mins/normal breathing

Arms 2 **
  1. Vbar Pushdown
  2. EZBar Curls
  3. Double OTS Cable Ext
  4. Incline Curls
  5. Close grip bench
  6. Preacher Curl Machine
  7. Single Cable OH Ext SS Single Cable Curl
  8. Dips SS Cross body curls
** everything is 3-4 sets 10-15 reps per set with shorter rests (60-90s)
 
3500-4000 likely. The max got larger every time I grew. But my numbers aren’t your numbers.
Yeah for sure. I just wanted to see what yours were. When I was on cycle, I went close to 3600 and gained around 20 lbs of fat. It was a clean bulk also. I'm naturally an endomorph. I think my bulking calories are around 3000.
