No pro card up for grabs today guys. Qualifier for nationals to then go fight for one.

PJ pump up foods included salted rice cakes, Nutella, apple sauce, and a few Oz of red wine.

Judges held us out there for 5-6 minutes (that’s an eternity in a relaxed pose) due to a technical error. Only one to maintain my pose for the duration. I was never moved, dead center for the entire callout from walking out to walking off. Everyone else moved atleast once.

6iu slin

Now we rest and harden up as much as humanly possible to make the lighter guys look little and the bigger guys look fat in the overall comparisons.

Muscularity, symmetry and conditioning aside, I’m extremely impressed by how precisely you are able to get dialed in. Seriously, your full everywhere and dry as fuck. No spillover and no flatness. Unreal man.
The muscle is mine. The condition and dryness is my coaches. He’s fucking nailing this. Nothing but OTC diuretic supplement, food timing, and water manipulation. Still salting and eating meals normally
 
Hell I’m pretty impressed by the xpell stuff. Might be something for me to experiment with in a few months... it def gave you a dry look without pulling water from the muscles.
