Diet: 500/115/95 for about 3500 cals

Gear:
750 Test C
600 Mast
600 Tren
300 Primo
75mg Winny ED
100mg Proviron ED

Cardio still at 75m, but it’s more like “75 but really as much as you can tolerate,” so 80+.

Cardio 75+m at one time or split?

Giving you guys a sneak peak before true depletion (which I’ll show) and the carb up (you’ll see pre and stage photos). I’ve never seen striated intermedius heads in my quads, so that’s awesome. Glutes are damn near shredded top to bottom but not all the way there yet. Abs and lower back continue to tighten and are always last for me.

This was all done to this point without the use of:
-t3/t4
-clen
-DNP

May see those during nationals prep (but def not DNP).

Cardio is still 75m. We just pulled slin and intra workout carbs (slin will come back for the carb up).

No big changes to diet though, still 3800 cals around 500/200/100.

Gear is still the same. Will be stopping pins about 7 days out just to prevent any possibility of swelling or redness from a shot.

Today starts some depletion focused training with superset/giant sets, lower weights, lest rest. Each body part gets hit at least once with this and the final day or two of training before resting for the week will be touchups to make sure I’m truly empty before we head to weigh ins and fill back up.

W/Th/F should be off days, but we will see how it goes. Rest does amazing things for me (dropping weight mostly) so for now that’s the plan.
I am curious, what are your thought on pulling testosterone
2-3wks prior to stepping on stage. Leaving obviously the dhts and tren. The only reason I ask is that I know guys that literally go out of their way to kill their e2 a couple weeks before they step on stage, so they can get even dryer. But instead of over dissing on letro, to me it seems more beneficial to keeps the same AI protocol and just removed the test or the majority of it. I didn’t see that you used either technique, but I am still curious to hear your thought.

Test will be pulled prior to nationals. I’m not jumping through hoops with pulling test, droppin e2, and using Rx grade diuretics for a local show. All of that will be incorporated for my shot at a card as my coach sees fit.

Most guys do too much In the absence of being truly stage lean and just make things worse.

I did have my last pin today to avoid any swelling or pain, but all esters aside from tren are long right now so they won’t be evacuated. We’ll switch to props afterwards.

Thanks for sharing and the confirmation. You should feel about what you have done without the use thermogenics. It's a prefect example to others what hardwork can do. This might not mean much, but I for one and really proud of you buddy .

Sincerely appreciate it man.

I’ll be sure to outline the drug protocol for you all as it changes for the national appearance. I know that’s what most people care about. But the point I want to make clear is what can be done BEFORE the heavy fat loss stuff is thrown in; just with cardio and intelligent dieting.

Personally, the drug protocol is the Part I don't really care about. Yes it's interesting to hear about the subs and doses that pros use, not so much doses but subs yeah, TBH that's the easy part I feel, the diet, your mental strategy is what interests me. Anyone can lose weight on DNP, or t3. What u are doing while using those compounds is most important. Because diet must change, most cases workouts change too . Gear is the finishing touch but not the foundation. You my friend have shared your life with us. Thank you

Injectables are out until Sunday after the show.

Slight drop in protein, another hit to carbs (50g today), and and a slight bump to fats.

Last training day. Possibly last cardio day.

OTC diuretic bumped to 2 3/4 doses, AM and PM. Water down to 2gal.
Question for you Mac. I honesty appreciate your honesty with your prep and information you provide to Meso. Your definitely someone to look up to in my eyes and definitely give me motivation along with many others as well watch you go through your stages of getting your pro card.

At what point in your training did you start to use the high levels of protein? Right now I’m sitting at 210 6’2 roughly 10%bf 28yr old in the am and my protein intake is around 350g per day, carbs between 400-450g per day, fats roughly 110ish. Training is PPL split and every other week I throw an arm day in after legs and before an off day. Ive read and follow a handful of people who have preached to shoot for 2g per pound of weight for protein. If you had a client in a bulk stage with someone like my stats would you recommend a higher protein intake? I’ve been gaining roughly 1.5lb per week, body composition is still tight going into week 3 of this blast. I’m just curious if I raise protein intake to around 400+ if you believe it would be more beneficial in terms of building more muscle and better recovery? Or just keep doing what seems to be working?

Apologize if this question is out of context for your log I just asked in here instead of in a pm Incase someone else has the same questions or can learn something from the information you provide.

Thanks Mac.

Thanks Mac.
I only recently went higher protein at the direction of an IFBB pro who set me up for my offseason. Reasons I won’t go back down lower until I’m done bodybuilding competitively:
1. Best offseason of my life, I was amazed at the mass I added even 6 yrs into drug use on such low doses
2. AMAZING foundation for my prep; I’m still eat 3500 cals a few days out because my protein and fat intake was high
3. Body comp; 450p/850c/120f kept me WAY leaner than 300-350p/800c/100f
4. No negative impact yet; kidneys and bodily functions all A+ as far as bloodwork and doc can tell

The decision has to be individual. I like to set guys up on higher protein because it’s filling, it helps body comp, and everyone likes meat. However, if the response isn’t what I want (though I have yet to see that happen) it wouldn’t be an immovable rock in a plan.

Is work being cool with your goals? I imagine you got some time off. Do you get more comments being this lean or during off season bulk?

I never wear anything particularly tight or revealing so nobody really mentions it. Nobody really notices that I’ve dropped 20lbs lol, people are less observant than you think.

I also work for a company that allows me to be flexible. I put in almost a 15hr day from home yesterday preparing items for a design review. Didn’t miss a beat. So I’ll continue that until I decide that it’s time for true rest and that i no longer have it to focus on work and at that point I’ll take some PTO hours.
