Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

@Mac11wildcat

do you plan to drop test ? and gh, you already stopped that how long ago was tha?
Not dropping anything for this show at all except not pinning anything the final 5-7 days. For nationals I’d be switching to pro 6-8 weeks out, dropping at prior to the show, and gH I’ll let my coach decide.

Bit of an update as things change rapidly these days.

Body weight is doing some crazy shit up and down due to digestion (bowel movements really) and sleep. My final week will include plenty of rest/naps/managing digestion to make sure this doesn’t fuck with the carb up.

Flat as a fucking pancake, roughly 7-10 days of training left before we stop for the show. Not changing much other than maybe some depletion focused workouts near the end. I already do a modified pull/push/legs so the volume handles itself. Probably back off the loads a tad and really work on emptying the tank with reps the last 3 days. Final leg day is scheduled for Friday to let them rest and inflammation to die down. May try to get one more complete rest day (no cardio or training) in before we stop for the show.

Check ins with my coach are now every other day. Photos and weight. Diet may change each time or not at all.

Artificial sweeteners and chemicals will be cut this week: Splenda, preworkout, etc

All accommodations are made, nothing left to do but finish the work, drive down there, and put it on display.

Can I ask you what your macro distribution is in offseason compared to prep?
It’s all documented here brother but I got a spoon handy. :D

Offseason I peaked at ~6500 cals at 500/850/120. Protein and fats haven’t changed nearly at all and probbaly wont until the last few days of depletion. Just strip carbs slowly. I’m down to about 475/200/110 right now.

Thanks for following along dude. Just fucking with you. Ask any questions you’d like. That’s why I’m posting all this info.

Technically, it's the aftermath from the usage of high dosage & long time frames. If I take T3 for 3-4 weeks, at a low dosage, I'd be "fine".

Just found this gem, will follow it from now on. Good luck with the show!
Yup, and that’s exavtly what the vid says. But the major point being made is that you shouldn’t play all your cards at once. Guys want to hop on tren, clen, t3/t4, gH, go keto, and 60m cardio on day one...to burn out into nothing. And that’s why I said “right now,” those cards are still in our hand for later towards the national show.

Appreciate the follow and the support!

Just wanted to let everyone know I finally took a shit. Feeling great. Hoping the scale drops significantly at tomorrow’s check-in.

Crazy how stuff like that can make a huge impact on outward appearance. Watery/bloated abdominals gone.
I am sure mentally you are feeling better too and your intestinal tract is thanking you. Lol

Yep, but unfortunately it’s back. I know it’s something I’ll battle with this deep into prep so just looking for new ways to manage it. No stress still; look great and if need be, laxatives to clear out when the time comes. nbd

You're absolutely right. I sometimes have that mindset where I want to do it all at once too lol. Good thing that my coach is there to tell me to fuck off and stay calm and reminds me there are no short cuts.

Have you ever tried green tea, do you drink coffee in the morning. I know things are strict right now, but I always found green tea had away to keep me regular.

I know you are a bright guy, pictures paint a 1000 words brother, but what I find really awesome of you is that you have been able to stay patient and Are able to trust the process. I dont like to say GOOD LUCK, because I am strong believer that we make our own luck. It’s not easy getting down to the wire to keep your composure. All the tools in the shed that you have been using are working. So Keep on keepin on

All comes down to having done MY part in the offseason. I came to my coach with a caloric intake and body composition that provided for him being able to make slow, progressive, “healthy” plans to get me to where I need to be. And this isn’t just for competition. It is unreasonable to expect any coach for any goal to make dreams come true with a piss poor initial state.

He’s a very intelligent guy with a ton of knowledge and plenty of experience. At this point it’s pretty stress free. We talk and discuss, but for the most part I just feed him the info he needs, he sends the update, and I execute. Minimal stress.

Not trusting the process is THE single biggest mistake people make with any goal. And you sabotage yourself and your coach by doing so; information being fed back as if it were to one plan when it’s actually not is useless.

Thanks again dude, happy some people not only appreciate this but might get something out of it themselves.
