Futurd offseason stack is in the works, I’ll post my plans once the show stuff dies down. Hope to finish my show season in late August (regardless of the result, though if it doesn’t go favorably maybe I fight for nationals in November....), take 8–12 weeks of a cruise (possibly come all the way off if the timing seems right and take a longer break) and then hit another huge offseason like my last, just with a new concept for the drugs. Same caloric building and training concepts though.

I change training frequently as far as the split and frequency goes. But the training stays the same for the most part though it has been refined over the last year; progressive overload first and never leaving the gym without a pump.
Gotta find what works best for you. I do offer training services to Meso Members if you want a plan written to eliminate the guesswork of switching to a BB style training ideology . If not, I think there’s plenty of info in my log to build a decent program off of if you’re fairly experienced. Plus, dozens of plans/ebooks from IFBB pros available.Sounds great!

Deja by, that’s almost exactly my cardio regimine. Except, I ride my bike to work/gym now so that throws in an extra 35mins. 75mins of cardio 5 x wk. I almost feel like it’s beginning to be to much. I started riding to save on gas, but I find the money I save riding to and from the gym I work at, I end up spending on food now from the extra cardio. LolIt’s actually been cake. It’s a 3.5mph walk on a 10% incline. I bang out 35mjn fasted and finish my weight training later in the day with the rest. Going to be nice to not overwork my legs dying on the stair master this prep.

I hear you, I have always had a hard time finding a healthy median, with everything I do. All or nothing, which is not always a good thingAt some point it’s time to back it down if your goal isn’t the stage. But if you continue to be able to train hard, fuck it.

My probiotics are covered by my vitamin/greens supp. I use cilium husk when needed for fiber as i know I’m starting to lack it and were adding betain HCL w/ pepsin as well.Whatcha using here brotha? Use 4 tsp sugar free Metamucil before bed to keep regular here. If I miss this dose or run out I know for certain by the next day. Never go a day without it if I can help it. Digestive enzymes for larger meals and probiotics every morning as well.
