Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Digestion/regularity becoming an issue as it always has this deep into prep. So handling that with some supps.

Have a full off day planned tomorrow, no cardio and no training, for the first time all prep. Should be good.

I think it’s a mix of both food decreasing and the sources I’m eating from. Offseason I’m sure fiber and such add up fine. But down near the show we don’t change foods out much and as the volume decreases I’m sure I’m a bit deficient.

For anyone who’s stepping on stage or is dieting hard, the last few weeks of caloric restriction and high cardio ARE NOT THE TIME to lighten the training loads and do higher reps.

Stick with what built your muscle. Stay heavy, keep your form good, and grind as hard in the gym as you do on the treadmill and in the kitchen.

This reminds me of a friend of mine....... Coaches philosophy?

Carbs up a tad with fats down a bit.

Cardio to 70m 6x a week.
