Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

I'm not a pro or judge or even close, and Ive only seen pictures but looking at the two guys around you on stage.. they didn't stand a chance, you had striations and a dryness they could not possibly compete with, not to mention the fullness and symmetry.. I know this was only a step, but like I said before.. pro card here comes Mac!
Thanks man. This show was by no means a measuring stick for being ready to win a national show. What is, is the comments from a judge at the show who’s an active pro. Said he immediately started judging me against national show standards and not against the other guys on stage. And that has me fucking amped up. Picked up some critiques from him, formulating the plan with my coach, and hitting this shit hard.

Just got a chance to read through your posts from this weekend. Great work Mac! You looked amazing![emoji817][emoji91][emoji1434][emoji1417][emoji1605]

Mac, assuming you have days off from training, you keeping calories and meals the same on non-training days as well?
I do have off days, by feel at this point. Current diet I would skip the 3 periworkout meals on off days. Closer to the next show these will turn into whole food meals (they’re shakes/carb supp/COR) and wont be skipped. That’s essentially the last time we cut carbs and from there I eat every meal every day.

Ok gotcha. So you get to keep your muffin in on non-training days?! If so That’s gotta help. I do something similar except I use an approach where non-training days are 500 cals less from periworkout carbs. So protein and meal counts stays the same (don’t count intra as a meal in my plans) carbs are just reduced by 500 cals non-training days.

No, the muffin is preworkout and is dropped on off days.
