1. Bench Supported Cable Chest Press - warmup to a single working set to absolute failure at 10-12 reps

2. Hammer Strength Chest Press - two sets into a single working set to failure at 6-8 reps into a double drop set to failure

3. Bench Supported Cable Flyes - 4x12–15

4. DB Laterals - 3x10-12

5. Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - work up to a single working set to failure at 8-10 reps

6. DB Rear Delt Rows - 3x12–15

7. Giant Set 3x15each with a 90s rest
A. PecDec
B. Barbell Upright Row
C. Flite Chest Press (arc)
D. Seated Laterals Machine

8. Smith Machine Shrugs - work up to a single working set to failure at 8-10 reps

Feel like a bitch right now.

Dealing with a REAL bad pin in my quad. Happens to me like once a cycle. Definitely not an infection. Been through it before. But FUCK is it painful. I’ve gotten through 2 days of 75m worth of cardio and two great workouts despite it. But it always gets worse before it breaks and it feels like tomorrow is gonna suck.

Bad pins are no fun. Hope it heals up for you quick. What benefit does the proviron add for you at this point? Just curious. I’ve never actually used proviron myself.

Ya been there before, especially with DHB. That shit had me limping for like 2 weeks, with leg swollen form hip to knee.

I hardly ever pin my quads anymore, seems like i am constantly hitting a nerve when i do decide to.

Carbs down, fats down, slight change to carb sources and more centered around training.

Test Cyp - 750mg
Primo - 400mg
Tren - 600mg
Mast - 600mg
Anadrol - 50mg PWO
Winny - 50mg ED
Prov - 50mg ED
Clen - 40mcg AM, 20mcg PM
T3 - 12.5mcg AM, 25mcg before bed

Slin and gH unchanged.
