Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Okay the cycle aint too bad considered your level/experience imo. Can I ask u if you ever go above 750mg test, I thought most ppl with your size would run 1000mg as base.
Also do you split you anadrol and winny dosage or just all at once pre?
This year is my first time ever hitting 750. Was always 500.

Since the doses for orals aren’t high they’re all just preworkout. If they go over 50mg I’ll begin splitting 25am/50 pre, 50am/50pre, etc.

Oh, so test is more a "base" for you and then you add tren deca etc to be the main compounds?
Do you have any Idea how your cycle is compared to others that you are competing with? The stuff you do seems why more mild then what I thought ppl were running at that level thi

It’s not something I put much thought into. For a couple reasons:
1. What works for me is my business and what works for them is there’s. I’ve shared it here for exactly that reason though; to show you guys not everyone needs 4g of gear and 200mg of every oral like the modern bodybuilding social media talking heads make you believe
2. They’re probbaly lying; either decreasing it to seem better than they are or increasing it to seem macho
3. It’s kind of an understood rule you just don’t blatantly ask that unless a conversation goes there
4. It serves me no purpose and I have no place judging as most guys are doing what their chosen coach advises

I know there are guys running double what I am. I also know there are guys running less than me.

As far as test as a base; that used to be my thought process. Bringing it up to 750 this offseason changed my mind a bit as far as offseason stacks go. As far as contest prep, I don’t think extremely high test is beneficial in the scheme of total mg in stack dedicated to specific drugs.

Yeh I see - My mate is pretty decent, but he always use atleast 1000mg test as he think test works for him, and then he add low tren deca etc.

Just trying to figure out my self what to do, so definetly nice to follow your log and see how you respond to everything

Experiment. I didn’t find my formula right away. I’d not advise most people to go fro 1g of test...I don’t think Its necessary.

At higher doses yes. Split is much better. For my that’s over 50mg Anadrol, Prov, and Winny. Over 25mg Dbol.

The real key is the half life, most of these are 4-9hrs or so. So technically it does make sense to split, but at 50mg I’m still not covering the entire day in 2 pills of anadrol so I prefer the spike.

Okay, so first time using winny would probably be best to split 25/25 or would you still suggest just doing 50mg? I know it probably wont matter that much tho
 
Was in the ER last night for a brutal headache and blurred vision. Diagnosed as a migraine as all other markers were normal. Missed a bunch of meals today. Woke up soft.

We’ll recover but definitely not a great time for this.

Scary shit. Glad it was just a migraine.

Good call actually going to the ER when you felt like shit, most people would just ignore feeling like shit.

I had the flu when I was dieting down around end of January and training 2x a day, I still kept training and dieting despite feeling like death, until I passed out one morning at home. Spent a week in the ER due to viral encephalitis in my brain, ER docs believed low cal environment + flu + heavy training was the cause of the viral infection. Only remember about 3 days of that whole week.

The headaches I got once I came back was absolutely unbearable. Took a few days to feel normal again and within a week it was business as usual. If I had actually listened to my body I could have probably avoided all of that.

A lot of weird shit comes and goes when dieting hard I've found, body is extremely sensitive and small things always feel 100x a worse. It's good to take it seriously. Good to hear everything was fine.
