Interesting, never really thought of it that way before but makes sense for sure. One thing to note here guys, less food/less cardio and more food/more cardio ARE NOT THE SAME even if balanced for total cals. The cardio is up to keep me fed and avoid the overdieted look. There is a difference.
Doesn’t really apply to most people dieting. But at extreme levels of leanness for competition the difference matters.Interesting, never really thought of it that way before but makes sense for sure.
Keep it up man, looking great!
I’m interested in this. Can you explain a little more? Is it better to create your deficit through cardio because the extra food will keep your metabolism high? One thing to note here guys, less food/less cardio and more food/more cardio ARE NOT THE SAME even if balanced for total cals. Essentially, yes. But that’s the short answer. Most people on a diet don’t need to worry. My goal is to preserve orbeven create every little bit of mass and not come in “overdieted.” It’s a hard look to explain but you know it when you see it. The more muscle you have the more I believe higher food and cardio is the better route.I’m interested in this. Can you explain a little more? And this is strictly competition levels of leanness. Not beach body stuff.
Shit lol.How’s your sleep?
Thats hilarious. It does look like shes got the thirst. Lmao. Looking great Mac.My wife’s lol. Holding utensils but it’s supposed to be a cookie jar. She’s ‘mirin.
Almost there @Mac11wildcat. This is where most fail and the boys are separated from the men. You're on point, just keep the stress low and enjoy the ride to come.Well. Time to really suffer.
Waist is definitely down a ton recently. Not sure what was driving that but I like it. Hams are pulling and glutes continue to carve out. Not much left to lose. Now that I’m about to stop pinning my legs will dry out and quad striations should shine through.

Carbs reduced to only 40g COR and 100g white rice a day (trace carbs from PB). Fats reduced by a few Oz of steak being pulled. Protein down pulling an Oz from every meal. Condiments/sauces are reduced to anything under a couple g of carbs per tbsp (look at labels...that isn’t much to choose from).
Cardio up to 100m/day. I’m just doing two episodes of The Last Kindgom worth, fuck it (120m).
Test gets dropped today (half life of Cyp + prop in my system should leave me around 50-100 active mg by show day). Tren and Mast dropped Saturday. Anadrol gone. Halo is still in. T3 to 67.5/day (25/37.5 am/pm). Clen at 80mcg (40/40). GH still in but dropped a week out. Prov to 150, winny at 75. Letro on deck to start soon.
Absolutely fighting my own mind right now. He’s been keeping me fed with extra carbs every couple days which to be honest makes it worse. I’d rather be set to suffer in the same way for days then go up and down. Extra carbs just drive cravings and the “what will 20-30 extra g really hurt?” type of shit. It’s a battle. Furthest I’ve ever taken this by far.Almost there @Mac11wildcat. This is where most fail and the boys are separated from the men. You're on point, just keep the stress low and enjoy the ride to come.
I'll throw in the required stuff for you:Absolutely fighting my own mind right now. He’s been keeping me fed with extra carbs every couple days which to be honest makes it worse. Not even a concern. IM not making any decisions. As always, I appreciate the support. You’ve been a great resource for me man. Thank you.I'll throw in the required stuff for you:
1. Trust the process
2. Trust your coach (you hired him for a reason)
3. No successful bodybuilder EVER takes his own advice close to show time
4. You can't trust your judgment at this point on much of anything
5. This is new territory for you and you DO NOT know your body better than anyone at this time. Read 1, 2 and 3 again.
6. No matter how hard you're struggling, there's someone else out there working harder and sacrificing more to beat you. Do not let that guy beat you at the finish line.
I think that sums it up. I'm available via pm anytime if you just need a distraction to run any bad ideas off the road to get you through.
