The only good thing about bad pins is it lets you see how you'd look with that much more size in that area. The extra quad sweep on one leg looks good bro. :)
I need more hammy. Those cords aren’t deep enough. Quads will fill up huge. Always do.

Wow that is a significant 24 hour improvement. You are not only harder with more separation and definition but you look fuller too. I’m psyched to see your stage photos. You’ve achieved a superb level of conditioning while holding on to all that hard earned muscle. Btw I had my first posing session this past Monday - if you get a chance early next week when I post my physique update could you take a look and tell me what you think? We made adjustments to all of my poses but feel we made significant improvements on my back shots and my leg presentation on all Poses. Would really love to hear your opinion if you have the time!

Awesome I really appreciate that! We didn’t work on the relaxed Poses much this week but they told me to stand more upright with less knee flexion on the side relaxed, push my back knee to my front thigh to pop my hammy, squeeze my glutes, and get my arms a bit closer to my body. I’ve been practicing 2-3 rounds of all Poses daily but really excited to keep working with them on it cause I learned a lot in that first session.

Officially did my last full meal prep for this 24 weeks of fucking hell. 9lbs of cod, 11lbs of chicken, 2c of rice (dry measure), and some sweet potato.

We’re 12 days out of prejudging of a two day show. I travel in 7.

Class winners get their cards.

This AMs checkin. Weight up a tad in the 196s but NBD.

Coach thinks I’m not flat enough so no high carb day -_____- if i get any flatter I’ll slip through the floorboards lol.

Waist continues to go down. Lat striations going HARD. Glutes still carving out. Hams are damn near 100% dug out. Side shots still clearing up from the last two pins that weren’t great. Abs are close to perfect before the drying out does the rest. Vastus intermedius now have some faint feathers that another 7 days and the filling/drying out should accentuate. Looks like all 3 major heads of my quads are gonna have detail.

IHOP has cheap pancake stacks today. Or you can hang around until tomorrow morning.

Audible called today.

Zero added carbs. Zero added fats. So 300g of rice and 3 tbsp PB removed. Net calorie loss of ~600. 2hrs cardio. Hopefully it was just one day.
