Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Absolutely man. Knowledge is everything. I’m here to absorb as much of it as I can while hopefully being able to help others as well. I’ll probably start a log of my own once my bulking/offseason phase begins. Have some stubborn fat at love handles and low back that wants to stay. As soon as that’s gone. It’s easing up cals slow while trying to pack in as much lean mass as possible. I’ll stay with classic. You open guys are monsters lol

I think he said he is running 30mg of halo. But I am interested in why the night time dose too, i have always heard morning in fasted state and waiting atleast 30-60mins before coffee intake do to effect coffee and food causes on absorption, but have heard A few say they take it in latter part of the afternoon, but never at night so I would like to know your thoughts too
I read the coffee thing this morning too. I took it the past 2 evenings and had trouble getting to sleep so I think there's some truth to that. Thanks for your input.

What I think is really great, is that you have shared how supportive your wife has been. For someone with a family, I could only imagine how difficult trying to accomplish something you have worked so hard for would be if you didn’t have the live and support from your significant other.

No problem, I was hesitant to say anything because I know the question was more or less for Mac, I didn’t mean to step on toes. But if I have info that I know is correct I usually try and pass it on, when I can.
 
To my knowledge the half life of T3 is over a day so I’m not sure the time taken really matters all that much. Don’t know.
 
What I think is really great, is that you have shared how supportive your wife has been. For someone with a family, I could only imagine how difficult trying to accomplish something you have worked so hard for would be if you didn’t have the live and support from your significant other.

IME it's very manageable with support from the significant other and without it, well, it ends relationships for many reasons. @Mac11wildcat has a great wife without a doubt. I've had it both ways and having a supporting wife is IDEAL compared to one that isn't or is indifferent.

She is great, and I owe her a lot after this. Hopefully celebrating our anniversary in Vegas after the show is a good start.
 
More details only because I know them now:
- water manipulation will start Friday as we taper intake up (I assume in excess of 3 gallons at the peak) through to next week
- depletion training will start Saturday; essentially Push/pull/leg days of nothing but giant set training to milk every last bit of glycogen and prevent any inflammation from heavy work
- training will cease Tuesday, most likely cardio as well
- diet will remain structured the same with the same sources and macro split through to probably Monday after which we transition to slowly adding carbs (since I’m waking up under the LHW limit)
- salt remains constant; I’ve been moderately heavily salting meals my entire prep, we do not anticipate fucking with any sort of sodium manipulation
- we will use both OTC (GDA, Xpel) and prescription (insulin, dyazide) forms of carb shuttling and water shedding during the peak and both carbs and water will be more extreme than the first go

I remember having the conversation with my ex-wife about turning pro a long time ago. She was the complete opposite of supportive and I asked her to hang in there just long enough for me to get my card. Then she asked if I planned to compete as a pro or if I would be done with bodybuilding once achieving the goal. I couldn't lie so it became bodybuilding or my family as she saw no end in sight. Bodybuilding lost that battle for a while but when it's in your blood it never goes away. Adulting sucks sometimes.

T3 - 12.5mcg AM, 25mcg before bed

Hey mate, just noticed this, dont you use any AI,caber, nolva when running this? Especially then tren + adrol, i know a lot of ppl adds nolva to combat gyno?

Yeh sorry it wasnt to "teach you" Im just trying to learn sorry, and yes I noticed the stack was outdated and you know use AI so I though you ONLY used AI to get dry and not really because of estrogen issues.
 
Yup. As of Tuesday night I’m hands off the wheel, all him. He’ll be joining me Wednesday and having a first hand eye on everything.
Obviously trust has to be there or he wouldn’t be your coach. I am sure it has got to difficult to give 100% control of your life, and health over to someone else. I had to do it, when I finally decided to get sober. Obviously our bouts are different but at the same time have similarities. It was terrifying for along time. Do you ever feel that way

Um, no. Probably because I do know a substantial amount about what we’re doing. I also know him personally and trust his word and his mind. I know he’s not going to put my health at risk. I know I’m his ONLY client being peaked that week. We have added some things I haven’t used before, but his guidance and my execution have been near flawless. Not much to fear at this point.
