More details only because I know them now:
- water manipulation will start Friday as we taper intake up (I assume in excess of 3 gallons at the peak) through to next week
- depletion training will start Saturday; essentially Push/pull/leg days of nothing but giant set training to milk every last bit of glycogen and prevent any inflammation from heavy work
- training will cease Tuesday, most likely cardio as well
- diet will remain structured the same with the same sources and macro split through to probably Monday after which we transition to slowly adding carbs (since I’m waking up under the LHW limit)
- salt remains constant; I’ve been moderately heavily salting meals my entire prep, we do not anticipate fucking with any sort of sodium manipulation
- we will use both OTC (GDA, Xpel) and prescription (insulin, dyazide) forms of carb shuttling and water shedding during the peak and both carbs and water will be more extreme than the first go
