I just realized by looking at the label that one cup of Rice Krispies is only 28 grams, so you are eating 4-5 cups!I actually drastically simplified it and it’s made a huge difference.
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 12oz whites, 100g Rice Krispies
Meal 2: 16oz (uncooked) 90/10 angus, 2 cups rice
Meal 3 (pre): 1 scoop protein, 120g Rice Krispies, 1 banana
Meal 4 (post): same as pre
Meal 5: 8oz (cooked) chicken, 2 cups rice
Meal 6: same as meal 1
I’ve been off gH for a long while now, months and months actually. So it wasn’t contributing anymore. It’s something I’ll watch when I go back on though.

Appreciate any concern but I am indeed OK. Life just catches up and I’ve kept my bb exploits to a smaller, closed group elsewhere. Work, coaching, fatherhood are all accelerating and I’m just always working to eliminate waste and be more efficient in my day. Meso was at times a time sync for me, but figured I’d log in and see what’s going on before my house is ablaze with Paw Patrol, toys, and dogs playing this morning.

Approaching a qualifier shortly. Cardio is only 35m 5x a week. Food is ~375/300/90. We’re using this show to qualify and rebound hard out of for a National appearance later. I want to add ~5lbs between July 1 and September 1, staying single digit bf to drop into another prep.
atleast half of you won’t believe where gear is currently for this prep but:
-600 test
-200 mast
-200 tren
-2iu gH EOD
I feel fucking great.
Rebound plan is
-300 test Cyp (base)
-350/350 TPP/NPP
-250-350 DHB
-2-6iu GH EOD (ramped, split dosing)
-undecided slin
-injectable sdrol/adrol/dbol on hand for plateaus
because these are shorter esters I’ll be carrying them deeper than I normally would into prep and keep mast/tren/winny/Var/prov etc for a deep, as intense as we feel necessary hit as we drop the Npp/dhb. This prep will not be moderate if I’m where I need to be mass wise for nationals. Be warned and don’t use my cycles it to condone your own high mg cycles.
We’ll ramp cardio down as appropriate dictated by conditioning as we add food to grow. This’ll be pretty much exclusively carbs.

I’ll just take a decent test pin before leaving as most gear would’ve been pulled for the show anyways. But everything else dropped. I’ll be bringing a protein supp to keep my protein up and still training (sweet gym near the resort).Are you going to bridge / cruise / come off for that 2 week Aruba vacation?
