Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Can I ask you a personal , whenever you stopped , you mentioned it was bc if blood pressure and other issues? How long did you cut back to trt for? I ask for my own benefit , been dealing with a few issues and thinking about coming off
750/750 test/primo. Only 2 shots in tho.

BP and HR are gorgeous majority of the day (115/75 and 60-65bpm) so it was time to go.

8-10 weeks. I did a shit job of documenting.

But those weeks were an immediate change to diet (dropped everything down, probably 2.8-3k cals, eating “normal.” Booted up a heavy health supp stack. Started doing cardio. Until you’re really fucked up, the body is trembly resilient and capable of quick change.

Coming to the end to sub. On page 7 and this might be the best log I have ever read. Thanks @Mac11wildcat for giving us a glimpse of the real and raw of your life.

Extremely informative and helpful to a guy who wants to do a show before i kick over.
Glad you’re enjoying it. I haven’t been as faithful to logging lately, but then again it’s all pretty much the same shit over and over which is why most people (including me) struggle with maximizing progress.

Physique update about 3 weeks in, just a quick snap from the gym.

Weight isn’t doing anything crazy but the mirror tells another story. Sitting at about 4500 cals or so, thinking I need to add more.

Am using a Meadows plan for the first time, doing CD2, heard good things and I need some mindless weeks in the gym just doing what I’m told. 2 weeks in and love it so far.

Your blood pressure still under control or slightly elevated ?

Hey can you go over what steps you took to regain insulin sensitivity?
Metformin, berberine, cutting carbs, cardio.

Im still “high” but now I think it’s a lot to do with my sleep.

In more extreme cases you’d want to probably explore Lantus/other types of slin to give your pancreas a break.

The best progress I ever made in the gym was running Meadows' "Creeping Death 2" program while it running 350mg of test prop. I wish I had done a log and documented the entire cycle cause I've never come close to having that much fun on a cycle before or after and never had that much visual change from any cycle let alone one that was only 8 weeks long.

Sitting at 217ish the gym (vs 220 all time high).

Staying lean without gH, so thinking I need to add food more aggressively. At ~4500 now (400/600/80)ish. ~12 weeks left. Hoping I won’t have to go much higher than the 6500 I hit last time.

It makes a definite difference, I will say that. Buy a tub and use it for big carb meals or cheat meals. I also noticed it made a HUGE difference in pre-show carb up.

There was something floating around saying 6 of them was equivalent to a typical metformin dosage but that could just be heresay.
This is something you wrote about RPG by Redcon (back in 2018, sorry for dredging up such an old post in the thread and quoting it here).

What sort of huge difference does it make in pre-show carb up?

With a show coming up, I was looking for any advantage possible, but I did not understand what you meant. Could you please elaborate?

How’s your meal plan look now Mac, compared to the plan you laid out for 4,500? Did you just increase portions on carb sources for each or some meals or change up any food sources?
