Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Just did my first blended meal experiment as I’ve realized I probably need to do so to hit my cals for growth and not distend my stomach like crazy..

8oz chicken
1 cup rice
water to blend

Def went down faster than a meal. Need something to add to offset the smell of chicken but...it works...
Spent a couple weeks doing this after dental surgery. Get past the look it smelled and tastes ok, terrible texture though lol

I really thought I was pretty savage when it comes to this bodybuilding shit and putting food down.. but man. I don’t think I could ever blend, can’t even say it I’m literally getting nauseous thinking about it. Nice man.

It took some working up to it to do lol...the taste is non existent. Once you mask the smell it’s actually not too bad...im going to experiment before implementing it.

Might give it a try for 1 meal a day.
Any recipes you guys mind sharing?

It very much looks and sorta smells like vomit..

If you mask the smell, it’s just a shitty looking weight gainer shake which i can deal with if it saves me from hating food and distending myself all day.

I hear that
I already have issues with my current caloric intake
and it's not even close to yours, I dont know if I could eat that much and still keep my flat stomach for more than 30 minutes after I wake up.

What's the point in working do hard if we walk around with a distended stomach all day, looking and feeling like junk.

Friend of mine makes shakes with sweet potatoes m, peanut butter and whey.
