DashPCT - US & International generic pharma

I have to post this although I’m extremely ashamed. So I ordered with dash in march and the order hadn’t shipped for weeks. After like 17 days I got paranoid in a couple threads bc there was no tracking yet. Then they updated tracking and it looked highly suspicious like the following - (number changed for PII reasons): LR000333000222IN.

All repeating digits. So then I was thinking they’re not only not shipping but they’re mocking me too. So I voiced my resentment in another comment here thinking I wad screwed and they just jacked me.

Long story short, the tracking was legit - just a coincidence, the shit showed up, perfect like always, expiration dates far in the future. The only thing bad was that it took like 30 days from the day I ordered.

Now I’m sure I’ve lost dash as seller and I’m looking for a new one and I’ll be honest, no one comes close in terms of variation of product and it all being name brand pharmaceuticals. I’m seriously considering just quitting this whole hobby.

Anyways I had to post this out of moral obligation bc I can’t allow my previous negative posts to put bad light on a business who hadn’t done me wrong.

@DashPCT your domestic shipper sent me expired generic Viagra. Yes I'm sure it still works and inexpensive, but c'mon paying more for domestic id expect the shit I order to be in date
Email us on the subject. Our emails are answered daily and I've been away doing exactly that - we're getting about 200~ on dashpct alone daily and my time is all used up doing that. I'd be happy to give you some credit or work whatever it is you want out - but in terms of the viagra, it should work perfectly as intended. Expirations are just politics.

Going forward though, Suhagra viagra on our domestic page does seem to be nearing expiration dates. I'll be putting those at a lower price.
They should not be sending expired products though. It’s just common courtesy when you buy something that it’s not expired when you receive it.

Update on EU orders:

Our Belgium method has been exhausted. Any of you who have had an EU order on hold for over a week, this is the reason. We've been trying to solve this, but it seems like the Belgian way of doing things is over for now - its too hot.

We are going to go ahead and ship it through the only option we have left - India Post. The success rate on this varies, with countries such as Germany/Spain being tougher than say UK/FR.

If you are one of the unlucky ones who get their stuff seized, I am trying to find a new solution for our EU problem, and can hold your reship till then.
Hey Dash, has there been any update on this? I'm one of the ones waiting with the reship (which I don't mind), but I'm curious if there has been progress.

Have you emailed us about it? Just ask for the reship and it should be sent out.
Hi Dash, I already paid but in system still “unpaid”? Paid with Transferwise.
You have to email us all the details, ieg (receiver's name, receipt, amount, etc.) so we can confirm it, as we use a third party and have no idea who has paid and who hasn't.
 
Just wanted to give a quick review. Have ordered domestically about 4 different times and consistently receive my order between 3-6 days. Placed an international order on the night of 5/3/23 and received my order 5/16/23, so roughly took 13 days to get to the Westside of the US. Item effectiveness and quantity have always been on point.

No not yet, I was curious if you found the new solution for the EU customers you alluded to.
Not yet. We're shipping them standard for now as the shipping rates are still favourable, but its not as 100% fool proof as the belgian method. We're still actively looking for ways to get products in with better success rates.

I’ve had a shipment that was last updated as being processed by CBSA for customs, that was a month ago. I think it’s safe to say the package was either lost or destroyed. Whoever I spoke to via email told me to contact the CBSA to inquire about package containing prescription medications, seeing how that is incriminating myself dependent upon if they are still holding the package, I don’t think that is wise. I’ve never had issues with shipments from you guys before, but it’s a bit frustrating that this is what I’ve been told to do by whoever contacted me back via email.

Anyone else have issues like this?

Is this the domestic supplier for Dragon Ordnance? Because my last domestic order from DO was never shipped. They just kinda kept my money....

The US domestic source for Dragon Ordnance is Tejas Cardinal labs (something like that) they've been having issues for a while. I ordered from them (US domestic DO) a little while ago hoping to get my stuff quickly, placed my order and immediately paid like 600USD and they sat on it for over two weeks, essentially. zero communication, then it finally showed up on my doorstep without warning one day. definitely will not be repeating that experiment.
