DNP at low body fat percentage

I just used DNP for 2 weeks to lose about 5kg and go from 15-16% to 10-12%. My attempts at bulking once again resulted in only fat gain despite my best efforts.

Problem is I still have a lot of fat on my belly and love handles such that my abs are only faintly visible when not flexing, but meanwhile I have veins all over my arms, delts and quads.

I'm not really sure how to proceed now.

1. Do another DNP 400mg for 2 weeks and expect my fat distribution to sort itself out on its own by going to 6-8% bf.

2. Do a low dose DNP (like 100-200mg) + Anavar cycle for 4-6 weeks and hope that the Anavar will target the fat around my waist selectively?

3. Just pay for 3D liposuction on the problem area since the rest of my body already looks pretty good?

we dont know your intensity or anything. hire a trainer from a bodybuilding gym.

the fact you mentioned training multiple times a day is a red flag(unless you are training for a sport or a tri-athalon) but that wasnt your goal..

If I'm lifting to failure and my last rep is slow and grinding, sometimes I get stuck half way and am there for a few seconds just fighting the weight... is that intense enough?

I don't understand that guy above who could barely bench 100kg for 8 reps then did 140kg... my maxes are my maxes. Do you guys get adrenaline rushes during your workouts or something? I can get angry, but it's a frustrated anger, not the "fight or flight" one that triggers adrenaline.

Listen fuck what I told , fuck everything everybody told you. You obviously aren't into lifting weights especially bodybuilding you just want to be lean and stay lean and don't get fat again.
Do you like any sports ? If yes go on a sport class focus on that it will have a good amount of cardio in those classes and you'll stay lean , eat clean , do the surgery, do what you enjoy , maybe crossfit is an option for you I don't say it ironically I would consider it in your position.
You'll not get anywhere in bodybuilding without passion so go find something you're passionate about it and you'll finally see results. It makes no sense poisoning your body with steroids and various peds if you're not even have passion for the sport.

Try to vibrate your eyes. And vibrate your brain. Send a shutter through yourself. Like you are standing during an earthquake and everything is shaking. Your body can start resonating. Let the energy flow through your arms. Create the grip of death. And then slam the weights.

But don't go to failure. Use lighter weights even. Try increasing the intensity on weights you can do without going to failure. You'll be able to transfer this intensity onto the heavier weights later if you want. Going to failure just tells your body it's too much and to take the loss.

who the hell trains to failure. Are you doing burnouts?

I use music for my adrenaline rush. I put my ear phones on and think fuck everyone in the gym. I focus on me, my, lifts, and the weight. Doing TRT alone brought all the rush back that gives me goosebumps and releases the feel good all over my body. on cycle it is even higher.

I am in my own world, exception is for that female with the muscular ass that is doing stiff legged when I am doing leg extensions.

When its a guy there, its gonna be a bad day.

I lift for 45 minutes(sometimes 1hr 15 m for legs) and bail. on leg day sometimes my legs tremble from the workout earlier in the day.

my first 2 sets are always super lightweight high rep-compound lifts to stretch and get the blood flowing

I train 8-15 reps. last reps are typically 2 until failure typically. total of 20-25 sets on PPL. Every now and then I push until failure but it would be the last set.

I don't know, you tell us if that's intense enough. Personally I pyramid up with 3 or 4 non failure sets of 10 reps or so to get myself primed and warmed up, then I hit a final, all out, heavy failure set with either 3 rest pauses or 3 drops. I do that for each exercise - 2 chest, 2 shoulder, 1 tri (on a PPL split),then I hit some abs or calves and go home. It takes about 45 minutes.

Yes, there are adrenaline rushes. Think about something that profoundly angers you. Think about a time you were rejected. Just get into that angry head space. Use music if needed. If that doesn't get you moving, use a whiff of smelling salt before your heavy failure set.

It's really interesting that you guys are getting so much psychologically into your workouts that you're able to get your body to respond with a noticeable amount of adrenaline.

The only things that ever made me get adrenaline rushes are physical fights, and gains/losses of money/assets (for example, the last seconds of an eBay auction I'm desperate to win can give me a rush, believe it or not). But running, no, weight lifting, no, girls, no, memories, no.

I think adrenaline comes from risky behaviour for me. I can psyche myself up for a really hard set but it's absolutely not the shaky, weightless, sharp feeling you get from proper adrenaline.

Is that what we are talking about?

You can punch a guy before a set and tell him to wait to do your set then you continue the fight.

If you are not lifting serious weights you don't need to hype yourself with anything. I don't hype myself until I start to deadlift 300 kg or squad 200. And I don't do that every week
At what weights you lift just go thru sets ...

OP would you a photo of yourself on here. Not to grill you in any way shape or form, but because I’m curious as to what you’re working with in terms of bodyfat and musculature.

Eh, fuck it, roast me. 188 lbs in this photo.

I don't have any pics of when I started lifting (132 lbs and probably 15-20% body fat) or the time before that when I was very fat (210 lbs and 40-50% body fat) unfortunately.

I probably have Klinefelter syndrome or something. Wide hips, narrow shoulders, horrible fat distribution, clinically low natty testosterone levels, tiny bone structure, and extreme difficulty to gain muscle beyond where I am now.

As I said in the other thread, when I started lifting I had 11 inch arms and couldn't even bench press an empty 7 foot bar for one rep, now I do 80 kg and my arms are 15 inches. I made a lot of progress but it's just from super shit to regular shit.

You look pretty good man. You don't look like you are on AAS but anyone who looks at you will think you are fit and healthy and in good shape.

I do not think you need liposuction nor do I think it will help you. I don't see problematic fat areas. These guys were right: you have to cut better.

I suspect your diet is not good enough. You should really write out everything you eat and everything you ate growing up. I think you are missing a few nutritional pieces here. After all, you won't grow unless you have the raw materials.

Bro you made it sound so tragic I was imagined a skinny kid with fat deposits and loose skin. You look pretty good I advice you to read about DC (doggcrap) training to get an idea what is a progressive overload and learn how to take notes.
Also find a legit source grab some anavar and clen and diet it won't take you more than 8 weeks TOPS to get lean.
After that you can start bulking

You are like another guy that posted here ellite physique or something similar was his name. He got good advices and he continued to do his dumb shit. You are the same

My diet growing up was an absolute shambles due to vegetarian parents. I worked it out that on average I was getting less than 40g of protein a day and maybe 1500 calories.

Once I got a car and started working at 18 I got fat very quickly because I was buying crisps and things, that's how I ended up at 95kg. Protein was still massively deficient.

That continued up until I was 19 and I realised I wanted to be fit (to get girls) - so I started supplementing a ton of whey and casein to get my protein intake up to 1g/lb body weight.

Fast forward to now, I still get 1g or more of protein (mainly from either milk, tuna, or chicken), carbs are usually rice, pasta or occasionally potatoes, along with nutritious veg like broccoli, carrots etc. I also allow myself two cheat meals a week where the food can be a little more unhealthy (like for example steak and chips or a homemade pizza) but it still has to meet the protein and calorie targets for the day.

I can post a week from my food tracking spreadsheet if you want to see exactly what that looks like.

I hate Clen, it makes me feel like I'm going to die, gives me heart palpitations and shakes even at 20mcg. I really don't want to use it again. I still have almost 100 Clen pills in my stash unused.

DNP was far more tolerable for me and I haven't lost any strength at all - in fact my muscles seem to be happy to have been allowed to take it easy for a few weeks.

How many lbs do you think I need to lose from here?

Thanks. You are likely malnourished and have been for a lifetime. It's very common. Do you take any vitamins or supplements? I would like to see your spreadsheet.

You don’t look bad bro. If I were you I would dedicate a few years to putting on muscle tissue, and stop caring so much about fat accrual. Even if you were 6% bodyfat at the point you’re at now, you wouldn’t look like you wanna look - based on your overall lack of mass. Just hop on a basic bulking stack and gradually increase your calories and protein intake and it will fall into place. Or hire a coach and have them guide you.

I will post that info when I'm on my laptop with access to such data.

What do you think my bf% is currently? I am thinking losing another 3-4kg (5% or so?) and then get on 750mg test and a small calorie surplus again. 750mg will put me at 4000 ng/dL or so.

Whatever I do, i want the way I look currently to be the MAX body fat I ever get up to again. I hate how soft I look.

You look softer because you don't have that much muscle mass bro...
