DNP at low body fat percentage

I just used DNP for 2 weeks to lose about 5kg and go from 15-16% to 10-12%. My attempts at bulking once again resulted in only fat gain despite my best efforts.

Problem is I still have a lot of fat on my belly and love handles such that my abs are only faintly visible when not flexing, but meanwhile I have veins all over my arms, delts and quads.

I'm not really sure how to proceed now.

1. Do another DNP 400mg for 2 weeks and expect my fat distribution to sort itself out on its own by going to 6-8% bf.

2. Do a low dose DNP (like 100-200mg) + Anavar cycle for 4-6 weeks and hope that the Anavar will target the fat around my waist selectively?

3. Just pay for 3D liposuction on the problem area since the rest of my body already looks pretty good?
 
You look softer because you don't have that much muscle mass bro...

I know, but that's going to take years to fix.

I can look athletic if I cut down a bit more, not a big guy, but like a rock climber or similar.

I'm way too burned out and miserable at this point to do another bulk, I at least want to see abs in the mirror after 9 fucking years.

Why don't you increase protein and take Anavar? Have you tried Anavar?
 
I can't say you an exact number , but going with my eyes I would say 2-3kg.
The point is you need to lose some bf more while you gaining muscle.

I've successfully recomped before but I don't know what I did to make it so successful. Was doing full body 3 times per week, 3 sets per muscle to failure, in a circuit style, 200 test, 300 tren, 50-75mcg T3. Went from 95kg to 82kg in 3 months but also got much stronger.

I've tried the same routine and cycle again but not with good results like the first time.

I've only tried bunk anavar. Still waiting on Titan Labs orals to get released.
I don't think 180 is ever enough. You want to put on mass, and 180g is more of a maintainance amount. If you want to grow, I would increase to 260g-300g protein. Use whey in milk because that will be an easy way to get up there. I know it is hard to go that high on protein, depending on where you live and what you have access too.

I would absolutely try Anavar again. But because you have room to grow if you just increase the protein, you can try increasing the protein first. But I would also use Anavar. I think it will give you that extra shine.

Yes, that macro ratio is ok. I'm sorry, I don't know TL. Who is it? I've been using Driada's Anavar myself and it is really great. I think there are less issues with bunk Anavar nowadays so you will probably be ok.

Titan Labs, I'm in the UK and had horrible experience with several other UGL which were widely considered to be "good to go" such as test dosed at 1/3rd what it should have been (verified through blood work).

My main protein source these days is chicken thighs, breast is like £7 a kilo now, it's outrageous. The thighs are £2.50 a kilo but have a lot of fat on them. Could also start drinking whey shakes again but I prefer whole foods to processed stuff

I see. Well then wait for Titan labs and then grab some Anavar. I think it will give you that ripped look you want and also add some quality mass.

Does iherb ship to the UK? You should check them out. I buy unflavored whey protein, and it's really clean and it's natural of course. Iherb has a couple of brands that are really good and the go on sale a lot.

I buy most of my supplements from iHerb actually, ever since I realised how much out there is just bunk and that you really need an absolutely solid source even if it's a bit more expensive.

I'll have a look at my diet spreadsheet and see what the best way I can fit another 100g of protein in would be. Probably as pre/post workout shake, otherwise my meals will end up being chicken with a side of chicken, in chicken sauce.

Also, let us know you supplements. I always encourage people to take high amounts of zinc, copper, boron, iodine, selenium, magnesium, niacinamide, methyl donors like DMG or TMG. Carnitie. Taurine. Glycine. Vitamin Mk7 and Mk4 and calcium and Boron and magnesium and phosphorus will make bones grow. We all need supplementation but you need it especially because of your background. The muscles also hold all of these nutrients. It's complicated but I think nutrition is as important as anything else.

I'll post my supplements regime tomorrow when I can copy paste the data from my laptop but from memory the only things I'm missing from that are the methyl donors and carnitine (as I read oral carnitine is not bioavailable and I am already a pincushion of steroids and peptides)

A really easy way to get an extra 100g of protein is just to have a scoop of whey at each of your whole food meals. Drink that instead of a cup of water at the meal. Eating it with the food gives you the benefit of the digestive enzymes as well as a slower absobtion because of the simultaneous food.

It’s so interesting to me the difference in people.

I love silence. I’ll listen to music while I’m lifting sometimes but if I’m doing heavy sets and walking in with violent thoughts and wanting to face fuck the weights I lift best in silence.
 
I managed to set a pull up PR earlier even though I had already worked out today because I had an adrenaline rush from something unrelated. I just remembered the discussion in this thread and ran to my pull up bar.


It's a powerful tool but I don't know how to consistently harness it and I also felt aware I could easily tear a muscle with the speed I could do the reps under that "weightless" feeling.

You are right. Maybe just give up on hypertrophy.

Isn't part of the reason we take steroids is that the androgenic element increases how hard we can push our muscles, in order to stimulate more hypertrophy?

Same with adrenaline perhaps. I don't know. I'm fucking DYEL, I am just describing my experiences.
 
It's really interesting that you guys are getting so much psychologically into your workouts that you're able to get your body to respond with a noticeable amount of adrenaline.


The only things that ever made me get adrenaline rushes are physical fights, and gains/losses of money/assets (for example, the last seconds of an eBay auction I'm desperate to win can give me a rush, believe it or not). But running, no, weight lifting, no, girls, no, memories, no.


I think adrenaline comes from risky behaviour for me. I can psyche myself up for a really hard set but it's absolutely not the shaky, weightless, sharp feeling you get from proper adrenaline.

It’s about being able to get yourself into the zone. Imagine Kobe Bryant at a basketball game. Nothing could snap his attention away from what he was doing.

You need to lock in and learn to harness it. I’m not pumped to the gills with adrenaline for every set. But I can hype myself up and snap into attack mode when need be.

It isn’t a state that you want to be in your entire workout. I describe it as a focused aggression. If I’m going all out every set I’ll get to movement number 3-4 or 5 and be done and sloppily doing it.

Steroids does not increase our intensity of our lifts. Just the weight that we push and how long we can keep that intensity going.

It definitely increases the response
