Well, D-N-P arrived safely at mi casa tonight, so I'll be starting tomorrow. I've read other DNP diaries, and they seemed insightful, so what the hell.....

my situation....been lifting and gearin for ten years...got divorced last year.....my body went to hell in a freight train. I gained 50 lbs. I started lifting 2 months ago, hittin the tread seven days a week for 45 - 60 min. Hopefully the magic yellow powder will give me a jump on the weight loss.

I'll do a daily entry to chart my progress.

Any insight or encouragement would be greatly welcomed. You can even throw in a smartass comment or two. I just can't wait to slide into my yellow polka dotted g-string and feel beautiful again ;) .
 
I mostly don't bother splitting my dose, although I've tried it both ways.

every 12 hours ensures consistent blood levels, but it's not like this is Test. I take it first thing in the morning, that way a little bit of it is cleared out by the time I go to bed. Although I'm not sure it makes a real difference either way.

If i did 200/400/200/400, i'd probably split the 400mg doses.
 
For you guys using Heretic's DNP,please for God's sake be careful.

600mg/day is the max anyone should take of his DNP, and I personally feel 600mg is too much. This is not the same underdosed Carkus DNP you guys are used to. H's DNP is either accurately dosed or signficantly overdosed. The side effects at 600mg/day are unreal.

For the guy who is using 800mg/day................buddy you are playing with fire. That is real stupid. You might be OK for a couple days. But I hope and pray you will not end up in the hospital.

Guys,please be careful with H's DNP.

I've only done 1 cycle of DNP. It was Heretics, not Gen 2 caps though. I went up to 600mg a day. I only noticed increased heat after I ate some carbs, mainly sugars.

I was only for 21 days, I lost 12 lbs. 7lbs fat and 5lbs muscle so I must of did something wrong. Has anyone else lost this much muscle while using DNP??
 
How do you know you lost 5 lbs of muscle? DNP is protein sparing, so I don't see how you could lose that much. It eats the glycogen in your muscles, so they will shrink, but when you come off they replenish their stores and go back to normal size, some people say there is an actual gain. Maybe if you're not eating enough carbs it would have to go to protein as a source, but I don't see it.

I had my bodyfat done with calipers before and 1 week after the DNP cycle.

Captains Log...Day 3 Entry 2

Well, day three has gone well at 400 mil. I did my presentation, and they fed me prior. They had fried chikin and pasta salad. Wanting to forego the fried food, I opted for the pasta salad...again...I'm an idiot. I sweat for a solid hour..I mean marathon sweat...
lol.....i cussed myself for a couple hours, but it wasn't too bad


So far, it's doing everything H said it would....gotta love it

I agree. I had no muscle loss or strength loss. About 1 week after the DNP cycle, I was actually a little up on most of my lifts.

And Reffy, glad everything went well with your presentation. I hope you focused on your delivery and not how much you were sweating :)

Well, I told everyone to excuse my excessive perspiration, because I thought I was coming down with the flu. Afterwards, all the hot chicks came up and brought me ice water, and told me they hoped I felt better. AWWWWW, I really like this stuff now.

Lol, I was a little warm last night. I have the air set of 65, and i'm still not cold. I had the night sweats, but it didn't disturb my sleep at all. This is day 4....day 3 at 400 mil.

will probably bump it to 600 for the weekend, since I don't have to work.

I like it, I love it, definitely gonna get some more of it!!!!
 
I can atest to heretic's remark about strength gains post-DNP. After about one week off, my strength was better than ever. Not a big gain but it was noticable. Maybe its the glycolic rebound or whatever. Now I don't remember if the strength gain persisted very long but it did occur.

OK guys....remember how I said i was going to 600 for the weekend?Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk that!!!!!

Of course, as fate would have it, I pulled an outside post...all day yesterday. It was hot. So, I am now sunburnt, and DNP'ing. I really (honestly) thought I was going to die.

I have a fan on high less than 2 feet from me, and I couldn't stop sweating as I slept last night.

400 for me, is apparently the dose I need to stick with. If this shizznit doesn't burn some fat off, I'm pulling out the ginsu, and I'm gonna have a turkey carving contest. (J/K)


So Mr. H, da shit is HOT. HOT HOT. Maybe another thing to add to the sticky is to avoid long exposure to the hot Florida sun.!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't really know if you can measure the fluid loss in terms of weight, it's more of a visual thing. When you come to the end of your DNP cycle you will feel small and bloated, even though the scale says you have lost weight. Then several days afterward you just seem to piss all the water out and your muscles swell back up with glycogen, everything just seems to "tighten up" and your jaw drops when you look in the mirror. If I had to guess though I'd say a few lbs, but I think it depends on how large you are to begin with.
