DNP (Dinitrophenol) On the Long Run

Good evening everyone,

A little while ago I got interested in DNP, or dinitrophenol. DNP helps you to cut fat at an high level because your metabolic rates increase significantly (for everyone that doesn't know, a full explanation on how it works can be found here: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2,4-Dinitrophenol ).

I am planning of having my first DNP cycle in about a month or two. I would like to know a little more about this substance from people who have taking this for a decent time. The other posts on this forum are very outdated (last post years ago) and the people who posted there haven't been active for quite some time. Therefore I have the following questions to experienced DNP users:

- What are the effects if you'd take DNP for a longer period of time, did you notice anything?
- Would it be possible to use DNP in a 'permanent' way (at low dosages of course)?
- Did you feel like a specific part of your body lost more fat than others (e.g. your belly)?
- Is it in theory possible to go like 1-2% fat on DNP? (This would not be my goal though, just curious)

Day 7: a full week.

Ok so after a full week of DNP I'm calling it a day. I ended up bumping it to 500 on the 3rd day and have been doing so for the last 4 days. What can I say about DNP? Well, I have to say that if your thinking about it get ready to feel like utter shit. And I'm not talking a little tired bad, I'm talking about feeling like you haven't eat or drunk anything for a week. And that's not because I was eating too little, it's because you feel so bad you don't even want to eat...or sleep...or live or anything really.

All in all, I doubt I'll be trying it again and am just glad I did it safe (as safe as poison can be). Furthermore, if you think you can stomach it, then go ahead but heed the warnings that DNP is as serious as it gets and if you disrespect it, it will hurt and possibly kill you.

What I had to say about it after using it my first time.
 
I also used it for the first time and well. I felt that everyone that said not too. was right. But, Sometimes you need to experience shit for yourself. While i got hot all day. Felt like i had a hot pocket microwaves cover on. Sweat thru shorts, bed sheet. You'll be so hot and smelling no one will sit next to you. Which is actually great. Cause you feel more hot if they do. Ohhhhh and ball sweat? You'll be thinking your balls are sitting in a bowl of soup. All i gotta say is day 10. Just wait till that shit accumulates in your system
 
ok ill put in my 2 cents , i am not a dnp fan , i think it is far to dangerous but most of my concern is the fact that some wkm endorse using it , as a wkm you have a responsibility and must realize that newbies here are looking for advice and will do what a wkm says even if they dont understand it , i like the post where docd says he is going to use it but it is probably the most dangerous of all AAS......
 
Ironwill you are correct. DNP has a way of creeping up on you 250 was a walk in the park but 500 is fucking horrendous. I could see why someone in the first few days of taking 500 would thing they could handle 750 but, it feels like it builds in your system even if its at the same dose. Like its accumulated
 
Just out of curiosity, if it is as dangerous as people say it is, and the sides are as bad as people say it is... You would think more users would take
Dosages at 250mg the entire length of taking it.

Does it yield results when only taking a dosage of 250mg every day for say 10 days (or whatever the Normal cycle is).

I do not plan on taking it, mainly because of all those horrible sounding sides... I'm just curious as to why people would push the envelope on something so harsh? Do the results really increase THAT MUCH, where they think it is worth the risk? Or does the user feel fine at first so they think they can handle upping the dose, and then it SUDDENLY makes the user feel like complete shit out of nowhere...??

However, I do not need people telling me if I should or shouldn't use this. All I'm interested in is information on how to use this properly. All I need now is to get rid of the fat.

It's a registered poison and has no therapeutic utility in HUMANS. Oh and it most certainly does NOT just "cut the fat". The fact is DNP is a substance which results in the catabolism of ALL energy sources, including PROTEIN in a nonselective manner.

So if your intentions are to increase LBM by using DNP your in for one HUGE disappointment. Otherwise exclusive of the many of adverse reactions, some of which WILL OCCUR, should you develop a fever go to the hospital immediately!
 
I feel like it's to much of a risk . I would rather do cardio . I still have a bottle of insulin that I can't weight out the risk . Just not worth it IMO
 
I don't think anyone's intentions are to increase lbm while on DNP. Maintain lbm or minimize it's loss while on DNP though is probably the intention of everyone who runs it n

I suspect your correct for those who are familiar with the metabolic effects of DNP but many are NOT and as a result WRONGLY believe DNP will indirectly increase LBM bc of it's disproportionate ability to catabolize lipids.
