Does high-dose caffeine help to lose fat?

Hi everyone, I asked myself if a high-dose caffeine could help to lose fat?
I'm thinking about 400 or 600mg in the morning, or even more I don't know? Is this efficient or useless?
And what do you think about a combo like 20mg var and 400/600mg caffeine ed, about 2 months to lose fat?

Caffeine is going to ever so slightly raise your BMR.

Is that worth hammering yourself with 600mg a day of caffeine for? Doubt it. Control your cals and do cardio.
 
It'll "help" but something like cutting out a half a cup of rice in your meals would help about 150x more. It would help about as much as going on a 5min walk.
