ExpressPCT- US and international generic pharma

My update:
* Ordered $200+ worth of serms/PCT on May 24st from international warehouse
* Stuck at customs in US until now
* ExpressPCT has promised to resend - I asked for an updated tracking number a week ago but haven't received any word yet

@ExpressPCT Rick, we spoke over Email about you stocking a drug called ivermectin, you told me that you would add it into the online shop the following day, but it hasn’t been added, and you’ve not replied to my emails when I asked if you’re going to end up stocking it because I’m unable to find it in the shop still.
Ps. We’ve been trying to reach you about your vehicles extended warranty.

Don't worry about it, we changed our support system over which meant emails to the "rick@expresspct.com" went elsewhere and I was largely unable to reply to them unless people emailed my proton directly.

I will be replying to them all today!

Hi,

I sadly can't assist on this forum but you can use our support helpdesk - support@expresspct.com

It is our new support system that was installed about 5 days ago, it allocates your ticket to a representative. Some emails sent around the time of it being installed are likely missing but if you email the above address you will get a good service!

In general for reshipments - Some were delayed, we actually posted somewhere on this thread but many packages entering Chicago ISC began to update just after we reshipped. So far, 70% of the packages we have reshipped have updated from their original status.

We took the decision to wait a few more days on a few orders which we are quite thankful we did as a lot more updated.

All those still waiting to update are being sent out today but we are still confident those stuck will update one day.

Unless of course there was just a stock issue but there were only 3 products OOS in international, they are restocked and will be sent out today too.

@ExpressPCT hey Rick, I ordered some US domestic cialis, vidalista 20. Instead, a different brand called toptada was sent. Any reason for this? Brand and manufacturer is important

Hi,

Toptada and Vidalista are by the same manufacturer just different brand, the composition is the exact same except the name. Toptada brand is owned by Healing Pharma but manufactured by Centurion Remedies, Vidalista is owned by Centurion and manufactured by them too.

We carry multiple brands in case the listed one goes out of stock and when out of stock we send the alternative brand which will always be the same or better quality. We list this on our FAQ.

If you absolutely require that brand at checkout put in the checkout notes and we will do our best!

That's frustrating, they are usually pretty good in rectifying customers issues. 2 weeks is a very long time with no resolution!

Just look at this fools post history, I wouldn't give the guy a refund either he probably broke the shit himself. If you want to see how this guy communicates with these sources just find the email he sent to nandro that nandro posted in his thread. This happens all the time for me when I get tabs from all places I order from - 2 or 3 break - I’ve never asked for a reship - deal with it faggot
 
Not sure I see the need to rant on the internet and be racist over a couple dollars of crushed pills. This isn't Walgreens. Sometimes you might find a couple brittle pills. If you care that much then scrape up the dust and broken parts and eat it. It's not any less pleasant than injecting chemicals into your ass like we all do anyway.

It was not "a couple dollars" nor was it "a couple pills". I see nothing wrong with holding drug dealers accountable. The beaner part, was a bit much, I admit.

I don't believe you have been in contact frequently other than the initial communication in which I said we would investigate.

As I am sure anyone can see this is just strange and unusual. Although I do apologize for the delay in replying.

From our point of view -
1. First time someone has complained about this in our years of being in business. We packages ship from India to the roughest of regions (Iraq) and we don't hear of this. Your order was US Domestic.
2. Your initial query claimed the majority of tablets had turned into powder. Your pictures didn't show this, even your picture above shows the majority of tablets are perfect and some are broken up which makes it look like a lot.
3. The batches we have in our warehouse don't match up, they aren't crushed. Why are your tablets crushed? When did this happen?

You have provided little evidence that most of the tablets are crushed. You have posted publicly to attempt to shame us into giving you free product. This is not the way to handle the situation and in the majority of cases businesses would not want to work in such a way.

I will provide a solution, we will reship what is broken if you can provide irrefutable proof of the amount broken.

1. Record yourself popping all of the blisters where the tablets feel broken (feel the bottom of the blister to find out). Show the amount broken at the end.
2. Send that to us.
3. We will reship what is broken.

You could have done this in the first place, I am sure even you can see that this situation is suspicious and you could have made the best attempt to do away with that suspicion.

I apologize that I should have suggested this solution when you initially contacted, this is our first time handling such a situation so we do need to build a policy for it in future cases. I believe the above policy of recording it is the best way to handle it.

Once you have recorded the video send it to me on the same address you have used for contact previously!
