Update to Reshipment Policy
From 1st October orders shipped from our "International Warehouse" (Shipped from India) to USA as a whole (not dependent on customs port) will be subject to a new reshipment policy.
1. Package will not be considered lost until it has been 75 days since the last tracking update.
This is in preparation for Christmas where packages can take multiple months due to slowdowns mainly in customs.
Reason: Last year due to the holiday season and Covid, packages were spending multiple months not updating. Our old reshipment policy meant that we would ship after 30 days of no update, packages would then update after 40 days resulting in the arrival of the original package and a reshipment.
This reshipment policy will likely last until the end of January 2022 when customs will begin to improve as well as carriers.
