ExpressPCT- US and international generic pharma

How is TA from US domestic warehouse? Is it domestic in that there is stock on hand or is it a “reboxing” operation ?

seeing all kinds of TA complaints and I’m just trying to understand.
For me it was 4 business days. Price point is great. Hopefully the selection grows. Communication isn't bad, but can be a little quicker. Hope that gives you good insight.

So small update on my seized packs story, so the one reshipment made it to Canada today, waiting to see if it passes customs or not, something I did notice though, is that while one pack is differed for inspection, one has said item has arrived and will be presented for review for over a month now.

Also I’ll say that Rick is always quick to handle these situations when they do arise and I wanted that to be noted, this stuff happens.

What did the note say? And no, I wouldn't sign anything. Is that customary where you live? Was it domestic or international?
Said no authorized representative present for package delivery, sign the back of the card and put it back in the mailbox and they’ll deliver

Anyone had to sign for a pack? Mine was due to be delivered today but all I got was a note.
For packages to a certain country a signature is required but only for that country from our India warehouse.

Packages from our new EU warehouse to elsewhere in the EU also require signature as we ship with express couriers.

For India to VERY CERTAIN COUNTRY you can request no signature but it will take a long time to reach you as it is a regular mail service.

Hope my HCG doesn't get seized...whenever it decides to leave India. Been stuck there forever.
Packages only appear stuck in India, tracking is checkpoint based and only updates when the destination country processes it through customs and hands to the domestic courier.

Customs are very slow right now and the average processing time for customs is increasing and will continue to increase until Christmas.

On October 1st we will introduce a new seasonal reshipment policy for countries as normally each year we spend a lot of money on reshipments when the original order arrives anyways and it is just due to a slow customs and couriers around Christmas.

This will only affect orders made on October 1st and after.

We are not exactly sure why it is happening for Canada but now that the elections are over it might improve. We have seen Canada seize packages for just 40 tablets of Cialis, not even China is that strict.

They also do not appear to be seizures from Canada border and customs, it is Canada FDA letters :(

If one were to order from the European Pharmaceauticals warehouse, should you use your real name on the shipping label? I know this may seem like a silly question, but I've heard of packages being returned to the sender if the name didn't match up to the person usually receiving packages at that address.

We do ask that you use your real name, there are times where customers use fake names for our India warehouse and when the USPS driver delivers asking for a signature the customer forgets the fake name they used and they refuse to deliver. There are also cases where the customer was not home or the driver was unable to gain access to the property and so it was put for collection, the customer did not have fake ID to collect the package.

Our European Pharmaceuticals warehouse offers mostly uncontrolled substances so there should be no reason to worry.

Gotcha. I ordered something from the Euro Pharm warehouse and it sat in FedEx customs for a week before it was finally marked "return to sender." My address was correct. I used a fake name, but that wouldn't have been the reason for what happened because it never left customs. I've been in contact with your CS and they offered to reship, but I don't know if I should do that if this will just happen again. I know you don't offer a 3rd reship, even though it wasn't seized to begin with, and I'll be shit out of luck if this happens a second time. I just can't understand why it was sent back to you guys, because, like you said, there is nothing controlled in the package. A couple posts back, a guy mentions he received his package from the Euro Pharm warehouse in less than a week, with no problems.

I am not sure why FedEx would return a package, packages returned for seizures usually take months if they are ever returned so I do not think the package was seized.

It could have just been a mistake or even a damaged label, it is very likely to arrive the second time around!
