My pack updated this morning after being stuck since 2/8 in India with the origin post preparing shipment message. It made it to NYC customs today so basically right on track with the 3-4weeks they advertise. It’s nothing that customs should seize just some AI and ancillary stuff. I used them quite a bit before they closed down and never had issues I was starting to get worried reading through the last few pages.

Mine was older than 2/8 and still hasn't moved. But I get it, it's not EPCT fault.
 
I wonder if the quantity is the issue. I ordered a large quantity because of sale and maybe that caused it to get stuck in customs. Normally they would ship it in two packages but this time it was shipped in one.

That's awesome. Mine hasn't changed from new Delhi since the first week of February.
 
Something seems to have happened in late january-early february with packs from India. I have two orders sent 2/14 and 2/23, we'll see what happens.
 
Just a heads up this source is a sponsor on an aussie forum i follow and we've just been warned from the administrator to tread carefully with orders. ExpressPCT has gone dark for 1.5 weeks now. $500 gone for me. Id say stay away until they return with some sort of response (doubtful this will even occur)

$500 on international order? What did you buy? Half of New Delhi?
 
I don’t think they will be honoring their 30 day policy to say the least. But I wouldn’t give up on a package until the two month mark
 
My package should’ve arrived today but for whatever reason it required a signature so usps didn’t leave it. I’ve ordered from them several times and never had anything require a signature. It’s aromasin, clen and accutane from India am I being set up for a controlled delivery for this bullshit or is it just incompetency on expresspct part accidentally requiring a signature?
 
Ok man, let me explain this to you. Any packages from India will need a signature. You can tell because the tracking starts with a R, C, or E. If you see an international package that starts with L that means it does not need a signature. The reason you haven't had to sign is the mail guy signed for you because he didn't want to bother going to your door.

Second, the post office will never have you come there for a controlled delivery. It's always going to be your regular mailman doing his regular thing leaving the package at your door, with the postal inspectors watching it.

I’ve had two expresspct India orders that required a signature and so far my door is still in one piece and my dogs are both alive. During covid usps was waiving signatures, Now they are getting people to sign for packages again.
