ExpressPCT- US and international generic pharma

We will begin to test more products - If anyone has any concerns with any products that we offer please let us know and we will send them for testing.

will you ever have a us domestic line of aas?

All of the products we offer are manufactured in GMP certified facilities, this means they are always manufactured outside of USA. It is very difficult to get such a large amount of those products into USA which would mean our only option is domestic manufacturing.

We do not feel domestic manufacturing fits in line with the other products that we offer. They may be manufactured to a high standard but it does not have the quality assurance that comes with GMP certified (although things can still go wrong there).

Until we can find a safe way to get such products into USA safely we will not stock AAS in USA. We do want to though!

It's been over 5 days and my order still hasn't been shipped. And when I say shipped I mean handed over to the carrier. They managed to print a shipping label and nothing else. I'm guessing the "express" in ExpressPCT is supposed to be ironic. Fucking terrible.

Do you have any idea when telmisartan or nebivolol may come to US domestic? I have wanted to purchase either one but the wait and risk for international just does not seem work it.

Also, a possible cialis restock in US domestic anytime soon?

Your package is in transit I have the same nothing since 4 days the tracking only show « data submitted » and after my package was in another country

Sometimes it can just be human error, recently due to summer our US domestic orders have increased 300%. There might just be an order or two that slip through the cracks but we would definitely love to improve on that! In 98% of cases all packages are dropped off the following day for USPS however with the recent sudden increase in orders there might be a small issue where we miss one. This is our fault and we will do our best to prepare ourselves for future growth. In the complaint previous to yours, we had actually shipped their order through a private carrier (not USPS).

We will do our best to improve on this situation to ensure we can continue to keep the "express" level of service while our business scales and we are really appreciative that you trusted us with your order. I do apologize that in this instance we were not able to live up to our name but I hope you can see we genuinely care about your order and your experience and we will do our best to improve on that experience when shopping with us.

If you reach out to us we can provide a refund on your shipping and an exact update on your order (We can check to see if it was dropped off or if that one was accidentally missed).

The next products we will stock US domestic will actually be SARMs. The issue with Nebivolol is that you need to stock large amounts as it is usually purchased in bulk, this can increase risk when we ship that in bulk through customs.

Mine is also, like I said mines a week now and hasn’t even printed a label, I was supposed to get emailed from someone and never did
I ordered intl 11 days ago and just checked it and it hasn't done anything and I never got an email either.

Hi,

Your order sounds like a separate issue but international orders take on average 1 month to arrive.

If you have not received tracking at all then it could be a payment issue, you would definitely need to email but if you have tracking then 11 days is generally nothing to worry about! If you check above, someone else also ordered international and received tracking the next day. The only case in which an order isn't shipped internationally within 48 working hours is if there is a payment issue.

Why the fuck did you ship international?? I clearly ordered domestic, you guys have horrible service, as you just stated it takes a month or longer to get your pack international, I never gave you guys consent to send my pack from turkey instead of the U.S.

Do you not understand I didn’t want a pack shipped international?? It wasn’t a mistake you just did it on purpose, like the email you sent me states. Why wouldn’t you ship it from the us warehouse in the first place? Because you don’t have the product that I paid for.

International relates to our India warehouse, a package from Turkey once shipped only takes 5 days on average. As mentioned we do greatly apologize for the mistake and are happy to refund you for your order.

I mentioned in my email to you that it will only take 2 days longer to reach you.

Again, I do very much apologize and other than refunding you for your entire order and promising we will not do such a thing again without your consent there is not much we can do :-(

As to why it was shipped from Turkey, a colleague may have overcounted stock and felt it was the next best solution as on average it is the same speed as US domestic at this time.
